Hardee’s — Restaurant in Indianapolis

This might be the worst Hardees ive ever been to. Thanksgiving i went to Hardees after work. They say they open at 7am. I got to the order screen at 7:10, nobody answered me or took my order but i could see workers in there moving around and talking. So i pull up to the window and the worker looked at me and continued pressing buttons on the register (i assume logging in) it is now 7:18. She finally walks to the window and asks what i want. I ordered a ham egg and cheese frisco melt and i get my food and leave. As i was leaving, i bit into the soggy warm sandwich and did a uturn for a replacement. There is no excuse as i was the first customer of the day. The cashier seemed upset that i had returned. When i voiced my complaint, she checked the sandwich as if i was lying. She replaced it reluctantly.

Today 11/28, i come back after work to grab one sausage egg and cheese and one bacon egg and cheese biscuit. I pay my money and leave. When i get home i realize that my SEC biscuit is apparently just sausage and egg and my BEC biscuit is missing the egg!! Just a biscuit with egg and cheese! I call to the store and she tells me she can't replace it unless i bring the food up there... WHICH IS RIDICULOUS SINCE I LIVE 40 MINUTES AWAY and im only over there when i work. do...

It really depends on who is working. I normally love to come here. I ordered through the drive through and got a Big Chicken Fillet with curly fry and a sweet tea. I also got a cheese burger with curly fry a diet dr pepper and a jalapeño popper. Got to the window. It was $17. Ok I get my food and the cheeseburger is there but a regular fry and the poppers. I ask about the big chicken and the sweet tea and the two curly fries and they say it wasnt on the reciept. The lady said she didnt have any sweet tea so she took it off the meal and it put the total down to $12 and I said what about the food and she persisted to tell me that I didnt order it. I then asked how does one drink cost $5 where did the chicken meal go. After 5 minutes of waiting further for her to comw back and tell me its not on the reciept. I gave up trying to explain my case with the people at the window after the lady looked at me like I was a moron. I ended up just leaving. Probably the worst fast food experience I have...

I went yesterday evening to get a cheeseburger From Hardees number 150-0941. Her name was Lisa T. I am a very nice person I believe and I have been going there for six years now. I go through last night and order the meal deal but I did not have enough on my card and I didn’t bring my phone to transfer funds. So I told the girl her name is Lisa T order ID 140615229651 that I didn’t have enough on my card and I didn’t have my phone to transfer funds and she had her arms crossed. And she was extremely rude. I did not want the food order. I just said well just give me the cheeseburger and she said well I was going to give you the order but you’re so rude so I’m not going to.
