I recently had the pleasure of visiting Harmony Tea Shoppe in Fountain Square, and I must say it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The standout feature of this establishment is undoubtedly its exceptional customer service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine eagerness to assist. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had a memorable visit, patiently answering my questions about the extensive tea menu and offering insightful recommendations.
The cleanliness of the restaurant also deserves commendation. The attention to detail in maintaining a spotless environment was evident, making for a pleasant and hygienic dining atmosphere. This level of cleanliness is particularly reassuring in today's times.
Harmony Tea Shoppe's aesthetic appeal adds another layer of charm to the experience. The tasteful decor and soothing color palette create a serene ambiance, perfect for enjoying a cup of tea. The cozy seating arrangements, adorned with lovely tableware and teapots, enhance the overall aesthetic, making it a great spot for relaxation and socializing.
In addition to the outstanding customer service, cleanliness, and aesthetic appeal, the tea itself was a delight. The diverse tea menu offered a range of flavors, and the quality of the brew was impeccable. Whether you're a seasoned tea connoisseur or a casual tea lover, you'll find something to savor here.
I couldn't resist trying one of their blueberry smoothies during my visit, and I must say, it was absolutely delicious. The blueberry smoothie was a delightful blend of freshness and flavor. The smoothie was thick and creamy, bursting with the natural sweetness of ripe blueberries. It was the perfect complement to my tea, offering a refreshing and fruity contrast to the warm and soothing beverage. It's evident that the same level of care and quality that goes into their teas extends to their smoothies, making it an ideal choice for those seeking a delightful and wholesome beverage option. The addition of the blueberry smoothie to my experience at Harmony Tea Shoppe only added to the overall satisfaction of my visit.
Overall, my visit to Harmony Tea Shoppe was a truly pleasurable experience. The combination of exceptional customer service, a clean and inviting environment, and a wide array of delicious teas make it a must-visit destination for tea enthusiasts and anyone looking for a tranquil escape in the heart of...
Read moreThe spicy seafood ramen was amazing!! I told them medium heat and it was the perfect level of spice. It was packed with flavorful broth, shrimp, octopus, scallops, and of course noodles and the typical embellishments. It was warm and filling and a great buy. I was slightly less impressed by the boba I chose which was a $10 red bean smoothie, which tasted like a peanut butter milkshake with small pieces of red bean within. It was just overall really heavy and lacking in the milk tea as the attendant said it would have. However, my friend said she would come back for it, and I liked the tapioca pearls and would love to come again to try something more to my preference such as a standard milk tea. The number of options they have is really impressive, and the little space is very cute and well decorated. K-pop and lyrical remakes of sad songs were playing during the time I stayed there. One other thing- I hope they bring the mochi donuts (and the soft serves) to this location!! We downtown are in a mochi donut desert and I would love to drive less than 30 minutes to get some here instead. Update: I tried regular oolong milk tea with boba and it was much better! The super cup is a good value if you’re splitting with someone. The milk has a light creamy texture and the oolong flavor was floral and in the background. Definitely in the competition for my favorite tea place! Edit 2: The jasmine green milk tea doesn’t have a lot of flavor (at least compared to Latea, but to be fair I got it with zero sugar) but does seem to still have a...
Read moreI found this place “accidentally” while exploring Fountain Square area in Indianapolis. Nice restaurant. Uncharacteristically clean (not a bad thing, but it stands out in that neighborhood). I ordered the Tonkatsu Ramen bowl. I made the mistake of choosing ‘spicy’ . DO NOT ORDER SPICY UNLESS YOU ARE SOUTHEAST ASIAN, OR DESPERATELY NEED YOUR SINUSES CLEARED! My first spoonful immediately had me coughing. Fortunately, the servers willingly accommodated my request for sugar, or another sweet sauce to cut the heat. After that was added, the bowl was finally enjoyable for me. Excellent broth. The pork belly was tender. Ramen was good. It was a very heart soup. I was filled halfway through. Make sure you enjoy this on an empty stomach.
Spacious restaurant. Great place to hang out for good convo among friends. There was an abundance of milk tea and bobs teas to choose from (I didn’t have any). Great value and quality for the price. You gotta check this eatery out...
