Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Indianapolis

Went in at 7 this evening. The employee saw me coming to the door and cursed under his breath and thres his gloves inside out on the bread he was putting on trays to bake. As i walked in he frowned and muttered some more as if i was holding him up. The store was empty as always always. I asked him if it was a provlem for me to order because it seemed like it was and he didnt reply until i already made up my mind to go elsewhere that it wasn't one. I have had multiple problems in the evenings when he and a few others are working. Thrre are two younger women at night who do an excellent job but i won't be going back because of this petulant old man who doesn't think customers should be his main priority. I chose Moe's and Jersey Mike's today at which i had an excellent experience at both. There are 1000 or more restaurants in Indianapolis to choose from so why to the world's worst jimmy john's store?...

You guys are kind of the worst. We ordered a tuna club sandwich that had specified onions, and pickle be added along with avocado spread for an extra charge. Got the food and the requested items were missing from the tuna club. Called it in you said you'd make another one and bring it out, I thought "Oh awesome! How nice!" The sandwich you brought had onions and pickles and the avocado... But no tuna. :( if you were out you could have at least added a substitute meat, our phone number was on the order if you needed to ask. Seemed kind of spiteful, but if that's how you decide to waste your time that's your business. You could have just made it right the first time, or second time. I mean you literally had two chances to get it right....

Would avoid this location. Went here last week and service was awful. Cashier was talking on her cell phone when I walked in so I stood and waited for her to give me the okay to order as I did not want to interfere with her call. Nearly a minute went by when she rudely asked what I needed all while still speaking on the phone. Ordered my food and waiited for 15 minutes before my order was ready. They were not busy, they were not understaffed, they were all just slow. Today, went in and it took 30 minutes to get my order. Same thing as last time. Kitchen was full and they were not busy. All the workers either were slow or on drugs as they all seemed confused and would just stare at you before asking...
