Judy! Judy! Judy! The food was amazing, but the customer service given to us by the lovely Ms. Judy was even more "amazing-er!" (Yup, it was so good that I had to make up a word! Lol.) We went through the Drive-Thru and Judy answered the window with such a pleasant, high, positive energy that we had to ask ourselves if we already knew her before from the warm welcome that she gave us. We never ordered from there before but she was super patient with us and clearly explained the menu to us. She made a few recommendations for us and it was hard to turn them down! We ordered Chicken wings, Fried Perch, Tenders, Fries, and the star of the show, the Spicy Gyro with Feta Mozzarella added. Everything was cooked to perfection, fresh, and delicious! The Spicy Gyro was hands down the best I've ever had! Seasoned well, loaded with lamb, and the pita bread was toasted perfectly on the grill. It had a little kick to it, but the tzatziki sauce balanced it out very well. We enjoyed our meal so much that we made a second visit within the same week! First experience there was great second one not so much. Placed the order over the phone for five lunch specials. Got there to the window pressed the button for service and after 5 minutes nobody came. Pressed it again still nobody came. Pressed it again nobody came. Honked my horn and a thin guy w black hair walked past looked at me and kept walking. Finally went inside my orders were right there underneath the light. I thought the reason for the window is for you to get service guess not. You guys need to service people as they come If you have two people inside when you're taking their orders if you hear the bell for the window after you're done servicing the person at the counter come and tend to people at the window. Best gyros locally. Stop in and enjoy. Just recently I stopped thru the drive thru, this spanish guy tells me I have to get out and come in to place my order, seeing how I have placed my order plenty other times in the drive thru. If you can't make things convenient for the customer, I can go elsewhere, no problem. Your loss is not mine. There are other places where I can order and pay in the drive thru.##update I went to Jordan's today and ordered the gyros and some mozzarella sticks it's cool.
