Jordan's Fish, Chicken & Gyros — Restaurant in Indianapolis

This Jordan’s location make pretty good food. I would come here on any given day and know their food is a hit more often than not. Their service, however, has gotten really bad lately. On quite a few times now, I'll open my bag at home only to notice that the sauces or seasonings I paid for were wrong or missing. Now I have to check the bag before I leave to make sure it's all there. Today I put an order for wings and a gyro only to find out they only made the gyro and claim I didn't place the wings order. They offered to make the wings but at that point the gyro was just there to get cold. Please get your staff the proper tools to get these orders right. I saw one guy taking orders and bagging them at the same time. He wasn't writing down the order due to him multitasking between being on the phone listening to the order and bagging up orders. This is where the main issue is probably coming from most likely. I like the food and would like to keep coming back, but It's to the point I will never order over the phone...

I used to be a regular while attending the local college in the area, and lately it seems their priority on the customer has lowered everytime I've been there. I've placed two call-in orders that either go to another customer or they just plain forget it. When I asked politely for an explanation, I was given the excuse that the employee cannot keep track of numbers. Their service and attitude has been overall lacking to the point they make it very obvious they want you to pay, get your food, and get the hell out of their restaurant. Frankly, paying on average $10 a meal warrants in my eyes just a little respect for a loyal customer. Bottom line, we need to stop supporting businesses that act like the customer doesn't make or break them. They lost my dollar, what...

Bro, I never in my life left a review on food. But this was by far THE WORST food I’ve had in my life. First of all, I called to place an order. I started to ask the employee questions and I guess I was asking to many questions and I got hung up on. Secondly, I ordered my food. It took so long to come together, I didn’t trip though. I finally get my food and it was burnt and extremely crispy. I can’t stress enough how hard my food was. I’m talking about hard, hard! Like, I felt like I was eating a rock. It wasn’t even eatable. So, I basically wasted time and money.
