Came in the place is empty there is only one table at the time we arrived. Server took a while to take the orders Ordered appetizer and some entrees all come at once. Okay fine. I’m Asian I’ve had maybe thousands of sutadon in my life this one is overly seasoned I was so excited but after the long awaited service everything just go downhill. Curry katsu curry has nothing but onions in it I would appreciate carrots and potatoes in it. Katsu is just dry feels like they pound the pork chop to death not to make it tender. I’ll stick to my SB curry at home it tastes better. Also originally sutadon is something quick that you grab eat and go to put it in a sophisticated dine in setup like this just feels wrong to me. Saw this place on tiktok and decided to give it a try. I haven’t been able to find a good takoyaki in Indy yet but this one hits the spot. They give plenty of sauces, which I really appreciate. Miso soup is also good.

We went for lunch on a Monday during their soft opening. I ordered their Tofu salad for a small lunch and my partner got their Yakisoba. We are vegetarian and they accommodated us by subbing tofu in the Yakisoba and said we can sub tofu in their curry, too!
