If you work at this location I encourage you to take 5 mins to read this please. so to start ID like to say I’m not expert, but I’ve been working in restaurants for 3 years now mostly kitchens. I made a door dash order because I didn’t want to leave my house. When over $10 of my order was missing I was frustrated and decided I’d go find out why. I arrived and went in to find many people waiting for incorrect orders including a man who had been there for 40 minutes. I waited for about 15 minutes watching the whole kitchen and lobby situation unfold. I was eventually approached by an employee who was kind, I don’t know anyones names there but she had purple highlights, so if her or her manager sees this she was kind and quick to help. I asked if there was a manager present and she said there was I asked if whenever he has a moment if he could come over. The manager, again I don’t know his name but he was shorter with glasses and a beard. He came quickly and asked me how he could help I explained to him my issue. I could tell he was overwhelmed but he did find a solution and I was there less than 20 minutes. Guys trust me I know how stressful the last year has been for restaurants, you have so many people in that kitchen, and not one of them knows what they’re doing fully. I encourage you to take the time to organize, divide and conquer. 90% of your problems would be solved if you did this. I am all for younger people working but encourage them to do the right thing, how to do different stations, and to actually put true effort into their work. I look forward to eating here again in the future once improvements are made....
Read moreThis place is pretty bad. Came in and it had to be 80 degrees inside which was whatever. I second-guessed whether we should eat hear as I could hear employees playing around in the kitchen as I approached the counter to order. Against my better judgement I ordered and then waited. And waited…. And waited. Must have been at least 30 minutes before getting the food and while I waited watched several people complain about missing items. Finally heard my order called and I had to wait bc they didn’t give me the milkshake I ordered. A couple minutes later I was able to get someone’s attention and the provided me my milkshake. Went to the table to join my family and found I was also missing half of my nuggets. Tried to get someone’s attention so I could let them know but it was to no avail. I decided to save my sanity and just accept the missing nuggets weren’t worth the emotional turmoil so I just gave up and returned to the table. Food was ok but was also interesting watching a 5 and 7 yr old try to drink a frozen coke without a straw bc they also apparently don’t have straws. Read moreI ordered a Big Mac Meal and a McChicken Nugget Meal and 2 McChickens with tomato added. I paid and went to the second window to get my food. They told me to pull into the 4th parking spot. I had already waited for 20 minutes. So i decided to call to figure out what was taking so long because I’m still waiting and everyone else that was behind me had already gotten their food and was leaving. The lady on the phone was very disrespectful over the phone and told me not to have an attitude then proceeded to ask what I had ordered, when I told her she then said “it’s on the way” and hung up one me. After about 30 minutes a very sweet gentleman came out and asked what I ordered. I told him and he went in and got my food. When I got it all my food was cold so my boyfriend went in there to get fresh food but instead they just gave me somewhat fresh fries. The worker then also threw the fries into the bag.
