I've been eating birria tacos at various restaurants, because they're delicious and I've been on a birria taco kick. I just discovered the birria pizza here. Not only is the concept awesome, but it's quite tasty. It's probably among my top as far as birria tacos go. It's hard to decide whether I like this pizza / giant quesadilla style better than tacos, but as far as fun novelties go it's delicious and different. I'll definitely return.
As far as the shell goes, it crisped up very nicely and had a wonderful flavor. The meat was delicious, it was tender and flavorful. I feel like the only shortcoming was the consomme as it could have been a little richer, but it was still flavorful. It's a lot of food. I'm a big guy, I split this with another big guy, and we maybe could have finished but I'd have regretted it. This really will feed a family. Read moreWorst experience I’ve ever had the entire staff was rude and acted like they were inconvenienced by asking questions about the menu. Then gave me 2 cups with ice and i asked where the drinks were all the girl would do is point to a counter with 3 drink dispensers on the counter. I filled one drink then went to fill the other cup and the entire dispenser fell apart and spilled the entire contents all over me and the floor. Not one person asked if i needed anything to clean myself off or anything so i said something to them and the employee said this is your fault and i have to clean it up. Not sure how it’s my fault that the dispenser wouldn’t shut off but i asked for a full refund for how rude they were being because my wife and i didn’t want to eat there if they were going to treat us that way. They said they don’t offer refunds. I left without any food that i paid $50...
Read moreHad an amazing experience, From the moment I walked in, the vibrant and welcoming staff made me feel right at home. The tacos are a must try the carne asada tacos had the perfect smoky flavor, and the fish tacos were fresh and flavorful with just the right amount of lime.
What really stood out was the homemade salsa and guacamole, both of which were bursting with fresh ingredients. The service was quick and friendly, making our dining experience smooth and enjoyable. Prices are very reasonable, especially for the quality of food you get.
I'd highly recommend Paco's to anyone looking for top-notch Mexican cuisine in a fun and friendly environment. Definitely a spot I'll be returning to soon!...
