I went in on a Sunday. Angie saw me struggling with the door and ran to welcome me in. Rosa, Angie, Elizabeth, and Antonio Ismael all had impeccable service. Antonio Ismael tried to assist my special dietary needs with several possible solutions. The ambience and music were right on time. The Horchata was thick, creamy, and crispy cold. The Jamaica was fresh and fruity, like an "aguas fresca" should be. The entire place was spotless. Finally, I really enjoyed the salsa bar, with their 3 signature salsa's, limes, and even onions mixed with cilantro for self service.

Overall solid Mexican food and experience. You order at the counter and wait for your number to be called. The service was friendly and the food was ready really fast. They also have a salsa bar with a few different levels of salsa available. I tried the hottest which was habanero and the flavor was decent but the heat wasn't as much as I would have expected. I got the pastor burrito which was very tasty and flavorful. Will be back to try some of the other items on the menu.

If you want good tacos then come out to PACO’s - one of the best authentic taco joints in the city of Indianapolis. There’s savory taste in every bite, Paco’s got flava for your delight. From Tacos to Tortas, Horchata to Hibiscus - Paco’s is the place to be. Setting, Service, Packaging, Presentation and Food & Beverages are Perfect here at Paco’s.

Paco's Tacos is easily my favorite place to get lunch! I work nearby and go in on my lunch breaks at least once a week, and I'm always met with a clean environment, friendly service, and delicious food. The manager with curly hair is always very polite and personable, and I love when I go in for some lunch and he's there working. Beyond that their food is fantastic. I grew up in Southern California and have struggled to find good Mexican food in Indiana, but this place always has the best. I've tried multiple items on their menu - the arroz con pollo, quesadillas, elote, and even their abodaba tacos that they just put on the menu, and it's always delicious and fresh and the portions are excellent. Very affordable and delicious, I highly recommend...

My fiancé went into the place to order food and food was not made properly. I went back into address the situation and just asked for a side of cilantro and aluminum foil and the communication was terrible. The two cooks were laughing, and the manager at the time act like she couldn’t understand, or did not care. They ended up making a whole Nother sandwich, which was uncalled for when all I asked for was a side of cilantro and some aluminum foil. The customer service is terrible. At this point in time I remember when I first went to Paco tacos everything was on point they started getting stingy on the meat and putting more condiments on top for getting to put things on messing up or orders, it is uncalled for check your order before you...

Wife and I come to North side of Indy for Drs appointments and had never tried Paco's. Place looked clean, tables were as well. Ordered ground beef tacos, only to be told they were out of ground beef, along with a verbal list of 3-4 other things. I settled for a side order of refried beans. That alone was $2.99 for four ounces of the wateriest beans I've ever seen. Watery enough I think you could drink them through a milk-shake straw. Wife ordered a chicken taco...woo hoo they weren't out of chicken. She also got small order of queso dip. The queso you could for sure drink it thru a straw. Again, wateriest queso I've ever seen. Hmmm so you sell tacos, but run out of ground beef. Really guys?? Sorry Paco's...
