Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Indianapolis

I've ordered a ton from this location for 8+ years and it's gone downhill in the past year or two since the founder stepped away. They've forgotten items on my orders several times, charged me delivery fees when I pick up, given me coupons that didn't work, and they take forever to deliver cold pizza now. My recent delivery took 90 minutes for a small order and it arrived really cold. Not even a little warm. At least it wasn't burnt like it has been in the past! Ha According to their Papa Track it came out of the oven at least 1 hour and 10 minutes before arriving at my door. This is unacceptable and marks the second time in the past two years I've had something similar happen, only this time I didn't call to cancel 30 minutes before it showed up at the 2 hour mark (promised 40 minutes). Don't bother cancelling because they'll still show up with your pizza with the excuse they're short-staffed and still charge your card. I will no longer order from this location, nor will I waste my time calling the manager who will only offer me another cold pizza free of charge. You lost a loyal...

Terrible. First time took over hour to get my pizza. I order pizza, sauces and 2 liter just got the pizza. The lady who delivered kept driving up and down the street for 10 mins. Manager tells me next time I order from there I will get a free pizza and 2 liter & she called door dash to get my money refunded for my order since I only got the pizza. Never got my money back and when I called for my free pizza and 2 liter manager claims she never said that. I give them a second chance and order a papaida that’s $9. Totals out to $12. Deliver guy driving around no clue where to go. They have nothing to show they are door dash or for papa Johns so idk who to wave down. They come and don’t have any money for change. And I only had a $50. Had to get my brother to come and his lowest bill was a $20. Terrible service. Manager is a liar and will tell u what u want to hear just to not deal with anything. I would give it a 0 if I could. Ordered 8 pizzas for a party and upon delivery only received 1 item. Granite this was a door dash driver but the man was rude as he'll and tried arguing with me when I said we had more of an order. The box literally said item 2 of 8 on it. Drove up to the store and had to wait for a manager just to get the delivery fee removed. Was told it would take 2 days to be back on my account and it never came back.... Fast forward 2 weeks brave enough go try again for just me and my wife this time and the delivery man dropped it at the door with never knocking or ringing the doorbell. My kids were staring out the window the entire time. Finally after being late I open the door to go outside and wait and find my food on the door step with bugs all in it.
