Giving one because I can’t give zero. I’ve come to this location quite a few times, because of how close it is to my workplace, and because it’s open so late/early, which helps when I get off work and I’m exhausted and hungry. My fiancé’s (who I usually bring food home for) and I’s preferred meals would be the Nacho Bell Grande combo, which we have never gotten at night. One or twice, fine, but to be ‘out of chips’ every single night I go (which is unfortunately frequently, because options are low), is a little more than unbelievable. Tonight however was just extremely annoying and pushing it. I put in my alternative order, which is several tacos considering one isn’t going to fill up anyone, and as usual they say “It’s going to be a long wait,” only today they decided to say it twice, despite my acknowledgement of him saying it and telling him that’s fine. (Not to mention I was the only person in line) And as usual, it comes out within less than five minutes. And the tacos themselves seemed like they had been sitting for awhile, considering how soggy and mushy the bottom of the taco itself was. To put it bluntly, it was gross. The meat tasted gross, and there was a lot more sour cream than normal, which I don’t mind but made it much harder to eat. The drink was also gross, it tastes old, and watery, and just kind of flat. To be fair to the person working, they did seem to be alone as far as I could tell, but they also seemed to just not be willing to do their job. I’d recommend just going to Wendy’s next door, or if you’re out super late like me, find anything else. There’s a Denny’s down the street or a few other places...
Read moreI’ll write the review tomorrow right after I write this email to corporate about THE MANAGER SOFIA (who was absolutely rude and unprofessional) with me (the customer) who called about a order from six days ago that I was missing food on: why did I wait six days? Well I tried calling the same day after I noticed TWICE AND no one picked up (that’s normal for this store) then when MRS. AMAZING MANAGER SOFIA picked up, she talked over me .. told me she was too busy to help me (the customer & why did you answer if you were too busy?) and hung up on me about 2-3 times. I had to call back 4 times to even get her NAME and before she could up she said “Is that all? I don’t have time to talk about a missing pizza that’s about a week old for the 3rd time. Goodbye” and hung up again… wouldn’t even let the customer talk. Not a good look for a manager & also not a good look to keep a customer who is a local who lives in the area (so obviously I would bring friends and family to this location because I live close to this one). LASTLY, this location always forgets your sauce if you order doordash as well. For this particular order, I went through the drive thru. All she had to do is replace the pizza & they would’ve gotten a nice review. I even had proof but NOPE, not her job or problem apparently. Never went through so much to get the food I PAID FOR. Go to the Fishers location instead. Only gave one star because I like their food. Would’ve gave a half of a star if I could trust me. Read morespoke with GM directly saturday 1/15/22 after speaking with the assistant manager via phone several hours earlier in refrence to my cold order made via drive thru the night before 1/14/22...... The assiatant manger said she was off for 3 days and to simply bring my reciept in for a meal replacment. Once there the assitanct manger greeted me 10 mins later the GM took over stating she was the one who made my order the night before so she is sure it was made correctly after her and i going back and forth i asked her did she expect me to deny what they had done because of how sure she was even offered to bring the items back because my family and i could only stomach half of the order however myself and other customers around were all appauld by the tone and choice of words from the gm in which we all voiced how distrubed we were by her response the GM walked off with no indication what the next steps were after several minutes i yelled out for assitance the gm peeped from the back ordering the assitant manger to tell me she would not in fact be replacing my order i asked for corp # i was told they did not know it and to call the number on my reciept i asked for my reciept back and was given a ripped reciept with no top information i asked the GM why had she done that she ignored me and the assistant manger stated she was sorry and had no idea why her gm was behaving in such manner the $20 and time spent/ wasted will cost taco bell much more smh you would think with cov and mental illness running wild a fast food joint would not provoke paying customers but some establishments need to be made...
