Came here after a really bad day, but the lack of hospitality doesn’t fly with me. I walked in and wanted to sit and eat in the restaurant but apparently only employees sit there? Walked in to three employees chilling in the dining room and no employee at the register. I tell the lady who gets up that I want to sit in the dining room and she just walks away. Doesn’t say a word or anything. She disappears around a corner and gone for well over a minute, not a word to me. She appears and I ask am I just supposed to seat myself and she’s like no you have to order up front. Did she say that while I stood near the podium to be seated? Did she say that before she walked away? Did she say that walking up to me and then past me when she left the dining room?I will not lie. I snapped. I did say a cuss word or two at her a little but at what point did she show me any hospitality? It would have been different if I didn’t see all of the employees around doing either nothing or cutting a pizza with one and with your phone in the other. I’m not coming back. Also, if lack of cleanliness is a big issue for you, don’t come here. They’re dining room is still apparently closed due to lack of “working” employees. I’ll stick with my regular place in Fishers from now on. It’s clean and employees will treat you like an actual customer. Also, I don’t condone cussing at people but I’m sick and tired of the lack of hospitality. The employees had no problem saying bye when I didn’t even get a hello. Read moreIf I could give this location less than one star, I would. First off, I placed my order online at 8:30 and despite my confirmation email saying I'd receive my order at 9:10 the food arrived over an hour later. Did I complain then? Nope. But fortunately I opened the boxes to find all my food was wrong and half of it cold. The driver was still in my driveway so I explained to him that the food was wrong and he tried to right the wrong and give me my money back, okay sure. But then says he's going to drop off the food he just gave me to who it's supposed to go to (who do you know who's food it is when you just gave it to the wrong person in the first place) and that he would go back to the store, get my actual order and bring it back. I contact the store and who I really hope isn't the manager, answers and basically admits he knows the order was wrong and then waits for me to ask if he plans to communicate with the driver to get me my food. He did however, give me a $20 credit (which means I'm no longer hungry or irritated, right?) Two hours later and I've heard nothing! I call the store, it's closed and I've got no contact for the driver. In no way shape or form is this what I'd call good customer service. I should have listened to all the reviews listed. I love Pizza Hut but the 82nd street location is a joke. Definitely never ordering...

When I got to your Location, there were two Gentlemen’s of Indian Descendants standing and Waiting for their Orders, quickly informed me that there was only one employees working, I proceeded to Waite, as soon that I could, I got the Employees attention to verified my Orders, The Lady did, She informed about her situation and that I was going to be ab 20-30 minutes Waite, I told her Yes. Well this is when the impressiveness happen, “One Employee on the Job” Who later I ask for her name, Mrs. “STEPHANIE MARTINEZ” . Ms. Martinez was on the Job, very Diligent and Master of “All”, Ms Stephanie was in Charge!! A very Humble person, what we called in the Military “The Duty Expert” She had me ready to go on the time she promise, them even help me to carry the 9 Boxes of Pizza to my vehicle, Excellent!!
