90% of the time when I order from this location in the drive-thru, our order is completely wrong. It doesn’t matter how many times I say that none of the items should have meat, I always get items with meat. The receipt will look correct but all the items are completely wrong. Several of us are vegetarian and one of us has a gluten intolerance. So when they mess up the order, we end up throwing most of it away.
I started ordering through Uber Eats instead and found that most of the time they do a better job than ordering through the drive-thru. Until Saturday night, they messed everything up. We ordered 26 items through Uber eats. We received half the amount of items and only TWO of them were correct. Everything else was a mess of beef and tacos we definitely didn’t order. It was all wrong, down to the drinks and missing sauce. Horrible. So we went to the location at 10pm, only to find out that the store decided they would close early. No one was there, not even for the drive-thru. We called another Taco Bell location and asked if they could remake the order and they said no. So we had to request a refund through Uber Eats and re-do the order through a different location, which still messed up the beans on several of the tacos. I’m officially done with this location and will never order from them again. They always mess up entire orders and we have to just throw it out. I’ve thrown so much money away on this place. Read moreThe date is June 23rd at 2:13 a.m. I was unable to write another review so I had to edit this review so that I could tell people just how terrible my experience was at this tacobell I never hardly listen to my order they always tell me that they can't hear me and I'm always very pleasant and try to work with them so they can get the order right they even could not understand that I wanted to have a regular Pepsi and kept saying do you want a regular sweet tea so I just said sure. So you can see how this situation was continually getting worse and I figured at least I'll get my food and at least I'll get home. The individual at the cash register took well over 20 minutes to get me back my change so I forgot the drink because he didn't hand it to me and I was all ready to get out of that drive thru once I got nearly home I realized I didn't have the drink I called and said I'm sure I do not have my drink what can you do for me. He got quiet and told me his manager was in the bathroom and will call me back the mint the manager never called me back and I'm sure that man sit in the window and drink my drink so pissed so unhappy Taco Bell on West 86th Street I am considering to take my business elsewhere I will avoid your location at any cost and I live close by that location but I will travel out of my way to stop giving you my money and Taco...

You see, they're going to be out of something. Your goal is to figure out what that thing is and avoid ordering it. If you door dash and you're reading this, I fear that it's too late. They canceled your order and everything is closed. I would urge you to leave a review. Also you won't get something. I can actually tell you exactly what it is you won't get, too. I know it sounds crazy, but it's true. You won't get whatever was the sole reason you wanted Taco Bell. Were you craving the Nacho Bell Grande?
