Today was the second day in a row that I went to Jagger's! I have been waiting for a while for this restaurant to open. When I pulled into the parking lot, it was very spacious, and there seemed to be plenty of parking. I also noticed that there is an outdoor patio. On those perfect spring evenings, it would be wonderful to sit outside and enjoy the great food with good people. Once inside, I was greeted by the most friendly people. Everyone had a smile on their face and seemed eager to take my order. I also found out that Jagger's is a part of the Texas Roadhouse family! As for food, I got the Mushroom, Swiss Burger. Let me tell you first hand that the Mushroom, Swiss Burger that I had was excellent! I give it a 9.5 out of 10! The meat had an amazing flavor! Seasoned to perfection! The cheese was plentiful, and the mushrooms were delicious! I came back today because the milkshake machine wasn't turned on yesterday. I was recognized by the staff! That made me feel like they valued my business. I wanted to try the Oreo Cookie shake. On recommendation from this lovely lady who was working, I ordered the Chocolate Chip Cookie Shake instead. I had no idea of what I was getting myself into! When I saw how large the diameter of the straw was, I knew I was in for a goodbye thick shake! It was thick and full of chocolate chips! In fact the last drink of the shake had a cookie piece in it! To sum this up, I highly recommend that you try Jagger's restaurant! I was extremely satisfied 😌
My daughter and I went to Jagger's for lunch. I tried the Green Chile Cheeseburger! It was delicious! The green chile gave the burger wasn't hot but had enough zest to satisfy your need for spicy but mild enough not to ignite your mouth with flames. My daughter is a connoisseur of french fries. She boldly stated that they are the absolute best that she has ever eaten! Guaranteed we...
Read moreI had a terrible experience with staff but most importantly the manager on duty. I went through the drive thru around 8pm on 7/29. I got my order wrong and when i called to let someone know they got defensive and told me i got what i ordered. Yes my food reflected what was rung in but its not what i asked for. I was then transferred to the manager Hope who is not qualified in my opinion to handle these situations. For one i didnt know i was being transferred to her after telling them all the information they needed to know. When she answered she didn’t know why she was talking to me to begin with so i repeated all my information and concerns to her just for her to tell me the same thing. “You got what you ordered so whats the problem”. So i said my order wasnt taken correctly. She stepped away from the phone to tell her employees all i wanted to do was argue. I overheard that part. Came back and after i heard that i had enough so i asked for her name. She refused to give it to me and transferred me back to the first person i talked to. Without ever apologizing whatsoever. She then proceeded to ask me the same information i had provided TWICE! I just said give me your managers name, had to ask 3-4 times before she gave it to me. The manager running away from the issue is very concerning. I ordered the chicken sandwich no pickles add lettuce and 4 tenders grilled no seasoning. I used my rewards and you can see that ive ordered this in the past. The picture shows what I actually received...
Read moreThis was my first time ever at Jagger's. I did not know what to expect. I purchased the green chili cheeseburger, large tater tots, and cheese dipping sauce. A lot of places have tater tots now, but they all don't have decent seasoning. The tater tots at Jagger's are actually good all on their own. I typically do not care for the cheese sauce that most places have, but Jagger's again is very good. It is not the common nuclear yellow gloop. The cheeseburger, had pepper jack cheese that was really well melted. A lot of places do not melt the cheese on their burgers. They just put a cold slice and serve. This particular burger also had a nice large grilled pepper on it. I'm guessing it was a poblano. Was very unexpected to have a cheeseburger of this quality at such a low price. I very much enjoyed my food and the service was great. You order at a counter, they give you a number, and then they deliver to your table. It was very fast and efficient. I did not wait very long at all, and the restaurant was fairly busy. I also tried a peanut butter pie shake, which was a limited time offer. It's more like a big cup of soft serve ice cream, than a shake. I'm not complaining about that. It was very tasty. This will definitely be a place to which I will go back. I'm interested in trying some of the other burgers. I will also mention that they do have some outdoor seating. These have umbrellas to shade you...
