Really love the customer service here. Always a smiling welcoming face and vibe there. I'd just really like for them to try and switch up how they drizzle peanut butter or Nutella on the acaî bowls. I’ve been here twice since opening and have had horrible service both times. Employees don’t acknowledge you and everything takes forever to be made. All the employees seem so grumpy and like the customers are inconveniencing them. I asked for a receipt one of the trips and they told me they had already thrown it away before asking if I wanted one. Heather was also working and making smoothies and everything which sometimes you don’t see managers in other industries doing.
