Im a little late on this review but I came into this location about a a month ago on a busy Saturday. Everyone seemed to be busy so I was eventually greeted by the manager named Amy. I told her I was just looking that day and had no intentions of purchasing which she originally said was fine and let me continue to look. I ended up looking at a sofa that looked decent and she came out of nowhere asking if she could help me with it about 5 minutes after I entered the store. I said no I was fine and id let her know if I needed help. Another 5 minutes passes and I was in the dining room area looking at some chairs. She then abruptly comes out of nowhere asking me the same thing again and at this point I was starting to become irritated. It seems to be as if she was watching me the whole time. Quite uncomfortable to be at an establishment and just be watched continuously. I told her I was familiar with the chairs even explained to them how they're made how long they'll last etc. Strangely enough she didn't agree with some of the things I said about the chairs (basics) and every time she didn't like what I said she would make these strange faces at me and try to argue why I was wrong. Go figure. She's a bit abrasive and passive aggressive for my liking and I wasn't interested in being at that store anymore due to the interaction I had with her and decided to leave. Before I left she wanted to grab my information so she could send me more information on the items I looked at. And I said I was fine without it at the moment. She then tried to argue with me saying it wouldn't take long and it would benefit me. Again I told her maybe next time and then she finally left me alone and I left. She doesn't know how to take no for an answer it seems and seems to lack some basic social skills. As a manager you should be held to a higher standard than what I experienced that day. Editing my review after delivery. One of the rugs was a completely different color when we got it but we liked it well enough and decided to keep it. We received the wrong lamps and the ones we chose are no longer available but they did offer to have us come back to the store to choose new lamps. The rugs showed up without the pads because they forgot to order them. They said they would get them ordered and send me a link to pay for them. Read moreI ordered two sofas here in February. I was told that the couches would be delivered in 8 weeks due to them being changed to a custom fabric. They ended up coming 13 weeks later. I was told that due to them taking so long, that I would receive a $200 credit back on my credit card. This never happened. When they arrived, the pillows did not match on one of the couches and were not what was ordered. I have received several different pillows, but I am still waiting for them all to be correct. I have reached out to customer service each time and was told that they would send the correct ones, but they could not let me know how long it would take.
