This location has been going downhill for years. Slow drive through, incorrect orders, rude service, and straight up lying!
I asked for a lite lemonade and got a regular and had to pay extra! And I wouldnât have found out unless I looked at the receipt that you have to ask for. Cashier said they are out, but why didnât you say that when I ordered!? If I would have drank that like it was what I ordered, I would have been in bad shape!
This is on top of many times that they messed up my order and I had to leave it due to not having time to fix it. And no, they didnât give me my money back. This is the last straw for this location.

So I have been giving this place another chance for a month or two. I saw that the pile up was never as bad as it used to be. And, for a while, things were great. Quick check out, decent customer service, and no more messed up orders. And then, late June until now, they lost their minds. Now, the drive through isn't always open. And you wouldn't know until you pulled up and were told through the speaker. No signs. Once, I was told that by two workers who were standing outside talking to a non worker. Then, 20 minutes later, I drove by again and they were taking people through the drive thru.
And, then the issue with the lite lemonade came back. They are always out. Always.
Then, the issue today was that they could take cash at the drive though and card inside. No sign. Oh, but don't worry, they put up a sign to say the inside was open. People probably didn't know that because this Wendy's was one of the last places around that denied access to the inside.
Honestly, I think that when there is no manager, they do whatever they want. I hate that this place isn't consistent at all.

This is it. I will never go back to a Wendy's. The manager chose to interrupt and yell at me for her mistake. They were out of stuff as well. The manager actually invited me to come in to talk after we had a yelling match in the drive thru. And then yelled more at me. This is not good customer service. You can't treat us like garbage and then be shocked that we are mad and not taking it! I called corporate and advised them to look at these reviews. I hope this is the start to the end of this location.

It's as if they don't want customers. Same manager decided to scream " your card declined"!" Out of the drive through window with a line of people. I was embarrassed for sure and upset. ( Card had money on it. I went to target after). She literally handed me my drink, handed me my food and card, let me drive off, then shouted that my card declined. This was for $6.50. Wendy's has stolen more than that from me by denying refunds for messed up food.
And no, she refused to take my card after I got upset at her screaming about my card declining. I was tempted to just drive off, but she threatened to take my license plate... For 6.50. after SHE handed me my card and food.
I was craving it and now I regret it. Called corporate again. This isn't okay!!! She cussed me out! She even tried to lie and say " you're here everyday and are rude" like.... I haven't been there since my last review. I was polite up until she screamed about my card. All of that for $6.50. I had to wait 10+...
   Read moreTo start they didnât have any Chicken Nuggets. How do you run out our chick nuggets? So I order their grilled chicken avocado bacon sandwich combo with NO BACON. I ordered it through the drive through. After getting my drink the person at the window told me that she was just going to sit in the window because it was so hot in there. I pull into a spot to situate myself because I didnât want it go everywhere. I take a bite of the sandwich and it was overflowing with mayonnaise to the point that the wrapper was wet. It also had bacon on it. I went back inside to get a new one. I told them I wanted less mayonnaise and no bacon. I get a new one and go back to the car. I open the sandwich and it had no mayo and bacon. I went back in for second time and the manager on duty saidâI will make it myself â. He gives me the new sandwich and I again go back out to the car. Didnât bacon and very light mayo this time but it had almost no avocado on it and no cheese. Not even the manager couldnât get it right. I wonât be back.
Update contacted the district manager and he told me that he would make it right and send me some coupons to compensate. Months went by and I text him back and he says that he doesnât work for them and was very rude about it . I canât the company myself and they apologized and I got the free coupons 4...

We got there at 10:10am and the lady was typing my order whrn a lady I'm assuming was the manager because she didn't look like it because her clothes didn't look like it. Butvshe told the cashier no breakfast. We both looked at each other surprised because it was only 10 after. It seems every time we come there we get bad service, they are playing around and on their phones. Along with the manager. The last time we was there they tried to sell me a potatoe that was old and the cook tried to argue with me about how old it was. They always ALWAYS make our order wrong that's why we haven't been in months. I wanted to give them one more try because we wanted to try the breakfast but just like all the other times we couldn't get what we wanted, what we were willing to pay for. I used to manage the Wendy's on 71st & I-465 and I've won awards for customer service but even with all my efforts my store closed and moved to another city due to not making any money because of bad customer service. I highly advise a revamping of staff before this place close. We will never return to this Wendy's. I am willing to travel to the Whitestown store that's 10 miles away to receive fresh food and great...
