if u are a long distance commuter THIS ISN’T the place for u! so this location IS NEAR the 405. one way from home to Inglewood is 55 milez. we leave pretty early EVEN in using de restroom BEFORE leavin da house. now my son had on $300 dolla tennis shoez PLUS TAX….$40 dolla undawear DAT SHOWZ da brand name 150 buccz little sweat coat on dat wuz open so his belt brand and undawear brand wuz visible $45 dolla hair cut $30 dolla undashirt top shirt $120 $400 dolla pants on 20 dolla socccz $23 dolla bennie on $200 dolla belt on and $630 man purse $525 keychain. $300 dolla jesus crucifix chain. nails well kept. nice skin. NOW HOMELESSNESS comes in all formz da service worker loocz him up and down tellz him HOW HE CANNOT use da restroom. again, NOT DAT ITZ OUTTA ORDA becuz one iz az itz strictly for dem BUT DOESNT state or list dat on da door. he den ask iz it customer only??? de guy loocz at him AGAIN up n down neva ansa him he only sayz would like to order sumthin my son say give me a breakfast sandwich HE TELLZ MY SON DE CODE NEVA ASK IF HE WANT COMBO COFFEE ORANGE JUICE nuthin of de sort my son just placez out a $10 dolla bill and walk away neva returned for de food. So basically this Carl's is a hit or a miss. I order often. And what I'm finding is. Different shifts do what they want to do. I ordered a 5 piece chicken tender combo, with a 9 piece jalapeno poppers. The chicken tender box was soiled like something had been in it. Something like poppers, there was melted remnants of cheese on it. Like hard cheese not fresh. The odd part was that my poppers container was clear of sticky debris, just some slight oil and creamy parts to it, which is to be expected. When I called to address it. Because My 5 year old was the one to eat the chicken. The MGR on shift states. He doesn't know why the container is like that. But that he saw his co-worker get a new container. The tenders weren't hot, which led my brain to think a world of other things like maybe the order was from someone else and they gave it to me. I don't know. But all in all today will be my last time eating at this particular location. The MGR is awesome, I've received orders from her before and she regularly goes beyond for her customers. Unfortunately some of her team is defensive and uncoordinated when it comes to customer service and how things in food service should work. The customer service is not something they seem to worry about let alone focus on.

Staff attitude is apparent and there is no welcome feeling, or even a smile - let alone a simple thank you.

They give you the feeling that you are causing them a huge burdon by ordering food and making them work.

I am a cheerful shopper, I go out of my way to treat people with respect and have a general happy disposition. I ordered from the menu, only special request was for the burger to be well done, the sigh, and exaggerated response of the employee caught me off guard. It was as if I had asked her to clean a bathroom! Then she gave me the total, $9.01, I handed her a ten dollar bill and a penny. (One dollar change expected) she counted out 99 cents and gave me the extra penny back. When the food was ready, they called my number, I walked up and said thank you as I picked up my food, she just turned and kept chatting to her co-workers.

Terrible service, the food is standard chain fare so it tasted ok. But the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth.
