I keep having a less than favorable experience at this location! I went on Saturday at 11:45am through the drive thru to get Taquitos as they were OUT when I went the evening before. i ordered the combo and clearly the chips were stale. I drove all the way back to go inside to complain, which I usually don't do! The manager was called out and ordered me another Taquitos combo and she was told by the casheir that there was no more! Smh.. The manager called out for an order to be made fresh. I frequent the Oceangate/Rosecrans location and they make theres to order from the beginning so I just don't understand what's happening at this Inglewood location. The second combo came with chips she assured me were fresh made that morning. They were certainly more fresh than the ones with my original order so I was pleased. However, I didn't get a receipt, they didn't scan my app, the Oceangate location always scans the app. The manager assured me she would look into getting me a receipt. She took down my phone number, it's been three days and I never heard from her! Read moreCity of Inglewood: 2024 and the incompetence continues. 1)Not busy. 2)People don't answer your direct questions such as a) do you have anymore tortilla soup and b)can you provide my total for my order- they said no until we get to the window because he is busy. Like that's my problem? What part of fast food is not clear?All I ordered was two large chicken soups. I get to the window then it turns out that the chicken tortilla soup is not ready. I was asked if I can wait 7 minutes I said NO because of reason #1 so I asked to speak to the manager and all of a sudden she claims it won't be ready until 15 minutes so I cited what I was previously told 7MINUTES so then I asked can I be charged for two small tortilla soups for the inconvenience and they said they can only offer 1 for the small price. I hate going to this location but it was on my way. The customer service is hit or miss. They really need to shut down this location. Ppl are going to be paid more starting this year working at fast food chains and this is the incompetence and inconvenience we always have to deal with....
Read moreWent to this location and tried the doors but they were locked.We waited in a really long long drive thru line since the doors were locked and you could'nt walk in. So we had 3 coupons that we were using as we had 3 people in the car. They took our order and told her we had coupons and drove up with coupons to pay. The cashier stated they would not take our coupons as the coupons are per car and we were one car. We advised we would have come inside but the inside doors were locked. She got her a Manager who stated the same thing that they only take 1 coupon per car. They would not budge even though they closed the doors to their building.
