I can't say enough good things about Computer Concepts and the owner, Adi! I initially took my Epson HOME CINEMA 4010 projector to another repair shop (Ashton Electronics), and unfortunately, the problem was misdiagnosed, and I was significantly overcharged. My gut feeling told me something wasn’t right. I rejected the quote, paid the diagnostic fee and picked up my unit. I’m so glad I trusted my gut and came to Computer Concepts after that.

Adi was amazing—kind, incredibly knowledgeable, and thorough. Not only did he accurately diagnose and fix the problem, but he even took the time to show me the part he replaced, which really built my confidence in his work. I honestly wish I’d gone to him first and saved myself the frustration (and the lost money for the other company to incorrectly troubleshoot my projector). If you're looking for someone who truly knows Epson projectors, I can’t recommend Adi and Computer Concepts enough. I imagine he takes the same care with all the products he and his team services. I don't usually like to make a point to negatively effect other people's business but given what happen I think it is important to warn people. I found out about Computer Concepts through the Epson website when my Epson PowerLite projector stopped working. Epson support suggested that I replace the lamp, but that didn’t solve the problem.

When I contacted Adi at Computer Concepts, he immediately understood what was wrong just from my description and even gave me a reasonable estimate right away. He showed me the error log from the projector to confirm his diagnosis, which gave me great confidence.
