Gloria's Restaurant — Restaurant in Inglewood

The food is good ...not Dulans good, but good I have been eating at this spot since they opened their doors on and off through the years... however the service and the inconsistency of the service is my issue !...i am tired of these businesses wanting to keep using The PLANDEMIC as an excuse for poor business practices and not "hiring well"...there is always almost someone new and seemingly with no previous food service experience,behind the counter at this spot that doesn't know what the heck they are doing or how to properly portion & serve "Soul Food"...yall know what I mean we tend to like our Black Eye Peas over rice in the larger part of the container so forth and so on... These "new faces" that work here just don't seem to have been properly trained or they don't simply just get it !The owner has to "do better" in this area...

Went there today because I am trying to eat healty got some salmon, spinach, and cabbage. First off why is it so expensive? My plate was $27.00 that's ridiculous. The salmon was bland I has to put some salt and pepper on it just to be able to eat it. The spanich taste like the Popeye's spinach out of the can, on everything I don't care what they say that spinish was out of the can. I though it was a soul food place why is it mexican and soul where they do that at? That does not go together at all I will never go back there. ITS A NO FOR ME. I would of been better off going to waba grill getting salmon from there may not be the best but it's way cheaper. I'm telling...

Mac and cheese was sour, black eyed peas were sour. They have most all this food sitting in the sun and under a heat lamp. Somebody needs to take a food and safety class I won't be going back there that was only my 2nd time eating there the 1st time it was cool but I won't be going back there I'll be going to soul kitchen like I should have done in the first place.
