Kikka — Restaurant in Inglewood

Kikka makes the refrigerated sushi at Whole Foods Streeterville. IDK much about transport or where it's made/assembled but salmon looks great that's supposed to expire tomorrow (see photo).

Refrigerated SALMON NIGIRI tasted as good as just-made Nigiri. 🤔 I did read the ingredients lists, nothing suspicious/unreadable.

Refrigerated NIGIRI RICE still tasted soft and intact.

Refrigerated SALMON was buttery on each bite with zero resistance. Edges were not dry at all.

I did check out the ROLLS as well, it didn't look as good as the Salmon selections.

Please add additional soy sauce packet.

At $14, it's an average price but certainly much better quality, thickness and size than other restaurants. As a TO-GO, tip is eliminated....
