La Perla — Restaurant in Inglewood

Here in town (near LAX) from Houston, Texas. I was looking for an AUTHENTIC Mexican Meal and this place was SPOT ON!!!!! I don’t know how they are not jammed packed in here because the food is EXTRAORDINARY!!! Fresh Hot Guisos like Costillitas de puerco, Moles Poblano & Ranchero, Bistec Ranchero, Tampiqueñas, Menudo, Pozole to Mojarra Frita, Milanesa, etc… The Agua de limón con chía is Delicious and I CANNOT forget The DELICIOUS Hand Made TORTILLAS DE MAÍZ!!!! The Traditional Smells and Flavors from Mexico were so satisfying!!🇲🇽 🇲🇽🇲🇽 😍🥰😋😋😋 I’m SOOO Glad we chose to come here because it was AMAZING!!! Food was ok. We ordered 7 items off the menu and when we received the check 5 of those items were priced 1-3$ higher than what the menu stated. I brought it up to the servers attention who stated that they had a small sign in the front which stated that prices are being changed. I told her that when we arrived we were sat down and menus were brought to us therefore we did not walk up to the front cashier, she responded with well there's the sign and the owner has been changing prices the last few months so there's nothing we can do about it. My husband used to come here years ago and recently we started going again. The food here is DELICIOUS. Good size portions, great flavor, awesome people, and nice environment. The taco dorado's are just heavenly. Nice & soft cooked tortillas with a red sauce and beans inside...oh man it's making my mouth water just thinking of them.
