Taco Bell — Restaurant in Inglewood

I came here during my lunch break and ordered through the drive-thru. My total came to $16.25. When I got to the window I gave the guy a $20. He handed me my drink and them walked off. A lady came and she handed me my order. As I drove off I remembered I didn't get my change so I went inside. They lady that handed me my order sked if I needed help with anything and I told her the guy at the drive-thru window didn't give me my change. She went and got the guy and I informed him that I was missing my change. He instantly became hostile and yelling that he gave it to me when he gave me my order (mind you he wasn't the one to give me my order). He stated pacing back and forth throwing his hands yelling. He then stated that I tell him how much money I wanted and he would just give it to me because he's not going to chose the amount and that it was up to me. I told him that I only want my change. After 5 mins he stormed off and the lady came pulled up my order and gave me my change.

The whole encounter was uncalled for and extremely dramatic and hostile...

I was eagerly anticipating the opening of this location, despite the lengthy construction period. My first visit filled me with excitement, as I expected great food and exceptional customer service from a new establishment.

However, my enthusiasm waned during my second visit. With only one car ahead of me, the cashier extended her hand to signal me to wait, signaling that speed seemed to matter more than customer service here. It was disappointing because it felt like they prioritized efficiency over the customer experience. Nevertheless, I must acknowledge that the food remains consistently excellent.

On my third visit, I was pleasantly surprised by the improved customer service. However, I still find it unsettling when the cashier signals me to wait, seemingly to prevent the drive-thru timer from starting. Despite this issue, the food quality remains a strong point of...

I had a bit of an argument with someone I was talking to over the phone unfortunately. Wasn't loud just emotional on how someone is getting a kick out of my downfall/crisis. I stood in line normal with no sign of no emotion other than happy and the 2 women just kept looking down punching the register as if I wasn't there. I ordered here the night before because I stayed at the H3Inn across the street and was about to order again (2 Doritos locos)so that I could wait for my ride. I hope the owner/supervisor sees this and can check the camera. My day may have started bad but doesn't mean it's going to end that way. So the two ladies at each register when I was the only person in line at 11:20 am could've at least did their job and made money at the end of the day. Now one is sitting on...
