Since the minute we walked in—red flag. No welcome at all and the service was horrible. The food was decent but won’t be returning because of the ugly service I received today from a particular employee.
This employee was not wearing a name tag. She is as old as my mother but was acting like a rude teen that doesn’t appreciate her job. She has very very short hair like a man, dark tone hair like brown-red, and her eyebrows were drawn on with black eyebrow pencil.
Since we walked in this employee was being loud—chatting with co workers saying she didn’t like this person, etc. as if she was at home—-ignoring us and the customers in front. When she was done and felt like helping she said “NEXT” I pointed to the person that was next. She should know who is next. They were all rude, all employees (I guess it’s contagious) but the eldest one in particular was being ugly, nasty attitude. I gave her no reason to even speak to me in such a manner. Was polite and patient from the beginning.
I was hungry and wanted a quick bite and that is why I went. Purchased a croissant for myself and some pastries for my friend. They weren’t really attentive to us so I was keeping an eye to see when my order was ready(really hungry here) and soon as it was just like I predicted I had to get my order myself. They didn’t acknowledge me. One took my order, the other made the sandwich and another took my money. They all didn’t hand it over, they just left it on the counter even though I was right there looking, waiting for my order. I grabbed it assuming it was mine and it was. And the cashier lady with the black eyebrows looks at me, pops her eyes out wide open (so rude!) and says in Spanish “you didn’t get your eyes of her” meaning the younger lady that was making my sandwich. Like hello, I was hungry and they weren’t even attentive to us or anyone since the beginning.
Horrible service. Shouldn’t be working there if you are not a people person. These people can get fired without receiving unemployment!! This is a good reason to get fired. It is a customer service job, you should get fired for poor service!!! No unemployment for you because it is a good reason...
Read moreTook forever to get our bagel sandwiches made and they confused two of them and put mayo and or mustard on one that wasn't supposed to have it so we just switched half of two of our three bagel sandwich around to make them where we would actually eat them. There was no employee to kick out the guy begging from us and we gave him change. He asked us to ask the employees for the price of one donut hole since he said they would not tell him but they said they only sell them by 4s (for $1) and I told them guy begging that we had no more cash which was true, that we only had plastic money and he said to buy him stuff with our plastic money. Wow. I told him, "no!" Then, after we spent $23.58 on the 3 different bagel sandwiches, one donut and 3 different types of drinks, they would not even allow me to use the restroom and I had not been to one since leaving NC many hours ago since I did not get up on the flight and my ride was already waiting for me so I wanted to be able to eliminate the 3 cans of beverages I drank on the flight but was told I had to go use some other restroom across the street! Don't think I'd ever return here even though my sandwich and the other two we had to rearrange and the donut and drinks...
Read moreThis is third time coming in the morning. The server whom completed my order was pleasant. However, the cashier was rude as ever, she didn't give me my card the way I gave it to her. This isn't the first time I've experienced rude behavior from the staff. The last three times my order weren't correct and when I told them there was an issue via Spanish.
