Motherās Day today and family asks me to choose what I want; I totally should have known better since Dicky has never, ever gotten a delivery order correct that I have ordered on ANY delivery platform! Iāve ordered here 5-6 times in 2 years BUT this canāt be just true of MY orders. Todayās order was over $54.00, and they got my order mostly incorrect and certainly messed up enough to make me again regret my decision, per usual (most of the time I buy larger family orders but it was only 3 of us today). Today I ordered a simple 3 meat 2 sides, added ribs traditional wings, separate āCrunchy Okra for 2ā and a brownie. I received incorrect meats and none of the 4 ordered sauces. There was no bread or the extra order of ribs. Okra was NOT the āCrunchyā separate side okra I ordered but rather gross, mush mess. The brisket was full of fat??? I donāt use food delivery services because I have so much time on my hands to review places like this that screw up every order, and when my every order EVER has been messed up, Iāve got to think they are trying to screw stuff up or at minimum, they see NO reason to recheck the receipt to the bagged orders. I like their food because I donāt eat too many carbs which makes this place a logical option. BUT PLEASE Dickyās, get it correct or drop your prices by 60%, But you wonāt be able to get by with only managing to get 40% of an orders correct and charge those prices. And even if you did charge less, not making certain that everything gets in the a customer bag is stealing from the customers you serve. Itās not a āsimple mistakeā when you āDicky up the order so badly and at least 5 times that Iām aware of. I give up on this place and I encourage everyone that wants to order their food to: Pick it up directly themselves AND CHECK your order (opening EVERY box to make sure what you ordered is in each box) to make you are not leaving a review that you donāt have...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreToday was the first time having Dickeys, while the service was great the food was not nor the was restraunt really clean Down Below is list of problems with food and the restraunt it's self -Cons- Food was dry , it was like I got handed the left overs -Everything lacked any true flavor and taste like liquid smoke was brushed on to the ribs and brisket -The brisket didn't have the good char like you would normally see on a good brisket -Food was cold half way down the road before I even got to work -The sausage looked like a slim Jim with how old it was -Everything seemed to have this old and fishy after taste, like no matter what I ate it had this off putting after taste -Restraunt was only ran by two people and it was dirty [giving slack as there was only two] -Trash was coming of out the trash can -Looking over the counter there was a dirty chopping board , rags on the floor, the chopping station was dirty as hell, supplies not being put away , open employee's drink cups just in the open -----------' -Pros- -Customer Service - I placed my order online and half way to get their they called me saying they didn't have a item I ordered and asked I would like a substitute. When i got to the restraunt they where very polite and looked decent as in like hair was put up and away , uniform was destroyed, ETC

First of all, the ribs were tough and you couldn't hardly get them off the bones. When I gave her my plate back and told her the ribs were tough, she tried to say that I ate 3 of them but I only ate 2. Then I told her I was over charged and when I said the ribs were $13.60 she said they were $17. There was a printed out paper hanging on the counter that said prices could be higher. Well, when I kept pointing out to her that the menu said $13.60 she kept referring to that paper hanging up. Also, said their GM said that was all they had to do. Well, I don't know their prices and that was only the 2nd time that I have eaten there and both times was not good. How am I supposed to know that wasn't the correct price and she plainly told me she couldn't give my money back. Her only offer was more food. I got chopped pork and brought it home. Before I left I took my pen out of my purse and crossed out the price of the ribs. I feel like that is deceiving to people and a good practice for a business to do this.
