As much as I understand how busy this location is, due to the fact that I worked there a few years back, there is no reason to have bad customer service. As I'm ordering I get interrupted 3 different times...I felt more rushed than anything...never felt like that at this store until today. Than as I get to the window I get my coffee. I tasted it while I waited for my donuts and it was just straight blueberry. It didn't taste like it had any french vanilla in it what so ever. So I asked if they could put more in it for me. As i got it back it still tasted like they overloaded it with blueberry. I said it was a little better and I was gunna go about my day with it anyway. As I'm starting to pull off, I hear a little bit better and some other words spoken that weren't the most pleasant. Of course I did say yes a little bit better when I pulled off because I heard her and was irritated. I honestly would rather drive the extra 10 minutes out of my way to go to the other Dunkin if this is how they think customer service should be. No matter how damn busy you are, never rush or be rude with customers. Your store will always be busy, use common courtesy. If their drink isn't how they like it, remake it with kind words and kindness in your heart! I know for a fact that most people coming through that drive threw know how their coffee is...
Read moreI normally love going to this Dunkin but unfortunately today I was in an accident where a young lady backed into me. While waiting on the sheriff department one of the young male employees kept coming out and getting in the middle of something that didn't involve him. He did this 3 times until I found myself having to go inside and ask his boss to keep him inside. He had informed me that it was just a scratch on both vehicles. The dispatcher informed us not to move, but of course the young male that I told what they said motioned for her to move forward that's exactly when I went inside. Come to find out after the deputy took care of everything, I got out to take pictures to find my front had been cracked and split and will have to be replaced. Not only was I upset about the accident, but about the way Dunkin allowed the young male to keep coming out there and getting in the middle of it!!! They know me by name but won't ever see me there again do to their actions of involving himself that didn't even involve him. He wasn't a manager or anything but a worker. Starbucks is a little further and I will be going there from now own. I say as an owner of a business that they should have told him to stay out of it without me having to go inside and ask them...
Read moreThey Need CONSISTENCY!! We go here fairly often, but for some reason, they are inconsistent, great one day and not good the next. We can get a Dynamite, Flavorful, hot coffee on Saturday along with a perfect tasting sandwich, decent hash browns, and a nicely filled donut, and then go back Sunday and the coffee tastes a little burnt/black and tastes slightly like tea, with too much or too little cream, and the hash browns are hard and dry and a donut has hardly any filling in it. So, I'll say, when it's good it's GOOD and we want to return. But, when it's bad, we think about driving all the way to the Wildwood location because it's the only consistently good location nearby, or we can just do without.
This location, close to downtown Inverness is ok half the time, and I refuse to go to the other Dunkin on the west side of Inverness because their stuff always makes me feel sick. However, this location is up & down with food & coffee seeming okay, and I don't know why. I wish they were consistently good because we really enjoy a...
