McDonald's — Restaurant in Iowa

It was the worst experience that my brother, sister, husband nd I have ever experienced. the restrooms were filthy, the floors had urine, nd water everywhere. no paper towels in the restrooms men or women. The tables were all dirty looked like they hadn't been cleaned at all. The head manager laughed at us returning our burgers as the not cold but put together wrong. The manger told us more than once that she was there to make things right, but never gave us our fries or burgers as she said she would, nd acted like the crew in the back working were responsible for getting to us when she told us that she would bring the food herself. all in all the experience was a frightful one. we will never stop at that McDonalds again. even the women serving looked like they were dirty, hair nd clothes. It's right next to a gas station but women's restroom only contain three stalls and man we had a long lone there and when we order our meals. Im not sure if the cashier who handle my order was overwhelm with all the bodies or new but she seemed distracted. Like major. I couldnt make out what she said when she took the cash and walked away without coming back to the register to hand us the change. It took someone else to step in so idk the other lady went on break or what but it seemed odd. Anyways my order was not 100 per cent correct but again there was a lot of noise/people so i understood. They advertised breakfast all day at 10:30 I asked for an egg white delight sandwich I was told no we don't do that they take up too much room we stopped serving those at 10:30 , I was ready to ask for the manager on duty but I thought to myself after seeing a young couple with a small child denied pancakes because they didn't have any I thought the manager is obviously incompetent the employees have no sense of customer service and I'd be wasting my breath needless to say I wasted my time getting off of the highway on my trip back to Atlanta McDonald's really doesn't care about customers at least this one dozen I really hope that it district manager or someone shops that store because my experience was less...
