Damian's Pasta Works — Restaurant in Iron Mountain

We tried out Damian's because we recieved several positive reviews. However, we were very disappointed with the quality of the food. The food is very bland--garlic bread is just a slice of white bread with a thin layer of some garlic paste in the middle, pasta sauces have no vegetables or herbs other than tomato sauce, and the mozzarella sticks had a funky taste to them (unfortunately, we can't describe what this taste was). Additionally, we ordered chicken with one of the pasta dishes and never received the chicken. Unfortunately, we can't recommend Damian's and likely won't...

If you need to buy coins you'll have to talk to the owner...he is usually gone and when he's there he's to busy to see you. If you leave a message for him expect a phone call back 24 hours later. I love when a business has only one person who does everything, which is the owner and they are always gone. And nobody else is trained to do anything except to tell you the owner is gone or too busy. If you want coins or silver go to U.P Pawn Shop or just go on ebay. Don't waste your time here unless you're ordering food...

Now this is what you would call a hidden gem. This small restaurant my not seem special but their food is amazing. They serve fantastic Italian food as well as other "American" favorites such as BBQ Ribs, chicken wings, cheese curds, french fries, and chicken tenders. They also serve a local food called a Pasty. I generally do not like "bone-in" chicken wings but their's are the exception to that. I highly recommend...
