I had the bimbimbap mix bowl. The portions are very generous and a great deal for the price (quantity-wise). The quality of the food is just take out/fast food so I didn't expect much but the convenience and price make up for it. I had the regular bulgogi meat and a bunch of vegetables I forgot haha (kimchi, edamame, bean sprouts, you're allowed to choose 6 which is awesome). This is sort of like a chipotle style build-your-bowl thing and I enjoyed the simplicity of it. I'll definitely come back here for a quick bite.

All I wanted was a side of Glass noodles and a side spicy chicken as I don’t eat that much. I was here on Sunday. I was charged seven dollars as the Glass noodles were $1.50 and the spicy chicken was $5.50. Today I go to order the same thing again and they charge me $10.95, siding that the dollar 50 for the noodles is only for the additional charge if I buy something else, so instead of giving me the full big bowl of glass noodles and the spicy chicken side I get this for 11 bucks… not appropriate business

You can get a huge meal around $10 which is okay. However, they need to revise menu because it's not clear for new customers. I couldn't select exact meal that I want either for the first time. Besides, they need to warn you about smell stuff. For ex, I wouldn't want they put garlic etc inside my meal but they put onion inside which I never accept. If I say I don't want you put garlic etc that means don't put smell stuff in it. Taste depends on the meal but it is satisfying.

A-OK is the perfect word to describe my experience, so three stars it is.

I got the stack, and this was a pretty interesting concept. They let you choose a base rice, and then they give you the choice of two proteins and will add japchae, too. Just warning, bulgogi costs $0.50 extra. Then, they have this container where you can choose six sides and they will put this on top of the bowl like a lid. (I would check the yelp pictures to get a better idea of what I'm talking about.) Thought this was a pretty original idea because I had never seen anything like it before.

So, food wise, it was enough to satisfy a Korean food craving, but I've definitely had better Korean food. Their sides are ok. Their kimchi was weirdly more sour than normal kimchi. The others were just nice additions to have (corn, tomatoes, edamame, noodles, kimichi cucumber). Portion size was very satisfying.

I came when there wasn't really a line, so that was nice, but if it was long, I would probably go somewhere else in the plaza.

May come back to try some of their other options, like their wraps, but I guess I wouldn't really go out of my way.

Not much seating, so wouldn't really come with groups. Definitely more of a...

The service I received was the worst I've ever had! When I went to pick up my online order, the cashier demanded for me to show him the confirmation code, even though the website never specified I needed to bring a code. I wasted ten minutes trying to find it on my smartphone. When I finally found the confirmation message proving this was my order, they said it wasn't good enough, they needed the exact code number. I eventually found it after more unnecessary searching. Then after they FINALLY gave me my order, they just gave a brief halfhearted apology for the long wait! No other restaurant ever made similar demands from me. I'm never...

It's pretty much Korean Fast food but that'd awesome because I am craving for it sometimes but I don't have the time to go get it. Food is amazing, their packaging is unique, and friendly employees. I gave three stars though because they ran out of their two most popular meats. The FOH should have communicated with the BOH that food was running low. This caused four orders to wait and we waited for half a hour. Lastly there was a customer over me who was reaching over the glass barrier and kept putting his hand in his mouth. The employees should have asked him to stop putting his hand over the barrier for...
