Town Center Apartment Homes — Local services in Irvine

I’ve had a really positive experience with the management team here. During my apartment tour, I had a list of places to check out but ended up getting a little lost in the community. A maintenance guy named Derek happened to stop by and was kind enough to help me find my way, pointing out which apartments were in which courts. It was a small gesture, but it made a big difference.

After I signed my lease, Jack and Haley in the office were super helpful with the move-in process. They shared useful tips for living in the community and were always friendly whenever I had questions or needed assistance.

We also had an issue with the disposal, and Derek came to fix it the next morning. He was incredibly attentive, ensuring to wear a plastic cover over his shoes to keep the floors clean, and he quickly fixed the problem, clearing the clog and even wiped down the surrounding area. The maintenance worker, Jorge, was unbelievably kind! He fixed my sink and garbage disposal very efficiently and quickly. He expressed great manners and kind words and was very respectable in following COVID precautions! He even shared some very informative information about how to prevent any future issues! Besides the great service workers, these apartments are constantly under construction. They come out with a new plan of repairs every other month and it is really inconvenient because of the noise, and the plans to enter your apartment in order to conduct these plans of renovation. There is no sense of privacy or peace within your home since Irvine company constantly wants to renovate something new and work on the apartments with a constantly new project. ANY POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FAKE! 5 star reviews are a joke! Someone is spending a lot of time and effort hiding the truth. Columbia Court isn't listed anymore because it's soo bad. If you're ok paying a fortune to live close to UCI with poor living conditions, useless maintenance, unfriendly and incompetent staff then by all means apply.

On several occasions I have requested maintenance two or more times for the same issue. They can't get repairs right and even routine maintenance goes horribly wrong. They will leave your apartment a mess with tiny metal shavings that go through your foot.

Stay away if you have issues with mold. They will ignore you if you bring it up and you'll have to go through the state to get anything done. The office staff are equally useless and incapable of following through. Avoid Irvine Company!! Life can and will get worse with Irvine...
