Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Irvine

I just visited this sandwich shop with my 8 year old daughter cause we love this place but the night was such a disappointment. After trying to order the club sandwich with bacon they said they were out so we decided to move out of the way and let others order as to not hold up the line. Once three people orders we came back up and the girl working named Aisha said they were closed and refused to make a sandwich for us even though we had been there for sometime. She said well you don’t come up and they did. This was such a sad reflect where good help and hard work is found these days. Great place I came here on a Friday afternoon and couldn’t recommend it more however the girl in front was extremely rude and disrespectful to my wife I can’t tolerate that. She didn’t listen once and acted like she didn’t care I’m sorry but I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for many years I don’t care how tired you are you show your customers the upmost respect. I tried to be patient because everyone has to wear a mask due to Covid, but its ridiculous when I could not hear the employee's question, partially because the music speakers were located directly over my head where I was standing, and had to ask the employee to repeat himself about 5 times!
