Worst Experience. By reading other reviews it seems I am not the only one that had a bad experience with this specific location... On November 25,2019 at 12:10pm , me and my husband went to this location for our lunch break thru Drive thru. Their was only 2 cars in line so the process to order and pay was literally less then 5 min. Well when it came time to receive our food the young lady in the drive thru window told us to park in the reserved drive thru spot to wait for our meals that it should be coming out. Okay we did that ....well waited for 15 min in our car by that time 2 vehicles where parked behind us. The manager came out with 2 orders well they were for the 2 cars behind us whom had just parked when I asked him for my meals he said ohh Uhmm it will be out in a few. Waited for about 5 more minutes and my husband decided to get off the car and go see what is going on with our lunch. The lady saw my husband coming inside and she quickly went thru the other door. When we asked her how come it was taking long she said I’m so sorry my manager forgot about your meal and it had been sitting there. She said his name is ALFREDO DIAZ in case you want to call. We indeed called ALFREDO DIAZ. And he lied saying that we got our meal fast and started raising his voice over the phone. Read moreSo, I usually get something to eat here around 3-4 times a week. The food is usually pretty decent, but not always that great, -1 star for that. The second star, and the reinforcement of already taking one star is the fact that the cashiers don't pay enough attention to orders - heck, the drive-thru cashiers listen more than the ones manning the counter. They nearly always get my order right, in the drive-thru, but inside, about 50% they mess up my order. For instance, I order a "sausage, egg and cheese McMuffin." What do I end up with? A sausage McMuffin - and this isn't just occasional, and it's on the receipt as such, which tells me it's the cashier's mess up. Thus -1 star for that - it's called customer service, and if you're not listening to the customer, you can't provide service to them. Lastly, the staff caters to specific types of people, which I find insulting - if you look like an average white person, your order will simply get called out, and left on the counter. But, if you're Mexican, or a wearing a suit/business type clothing, the staff will bring your order to you, wherever you are sitting in the restaurant. So, as much as you may want to sit down and eat - if you want better service, and to be more likely to get what you ordered, then use the drive-thru, if you plan on eating at this location. Read moreContacted a few local McDonald’s in search of space jam toys #11 and #12 for my son, and daughter. I contacted this McDonald’s at 7:09 pm and the Lady who answered said they have all the toys, in disbelief my wife, kids and I visited the drive through and asked what toys they had once more, the lady over the speaker confirmed having all the toys and said asked us to order happy meals to get toys. My wife bought two happy meals and a pastry, we paid, and drove to the window to pick up, and a guy handed the happy meals, and pastry, we asked, “oh, May we get #11 & #12” the guy said, “oh, check inside, if not within the happy meals I’ll go inside and check if we have #11 & #12”. My Wife and I opened the two happy meals to find two toys that were not 11 or 12, we told the guy of what toys were inside the meals, then a bald man, with a light blue color shirt, greeted us with “I cannot exchange the toys, what you get is what you get” my Wife and I complained, the reason we visited were for the specific toys and not for the meals, I expressed our troubles making phone calls to local McDonald’s and the man didn’t care. There was no way he was going to work anything with us. My kids were very sad, my wife and I were upset, stressed and mad. I hope to not have to visit this...
