I made the mistake of giving these idiots one last chance.
Same thing yesterday, Wednesday 6/21 at around 9:30 A.M. All breakfast sandwiches Buy One, Get One free on Wednesdays. I ask the girl at the register, "All breakfast sandwiches are BOGO, correct?", and she responds, "Yes". I order 2 sausage Mcmuffin with egg, at which point, she points at the board and says, "Oh, that's an every day special, so I'll give you that (2 for $5.50)". I say, "that's not BOGO", and turn around to leave at which point she starts begging me to come back so she can explain. I didn't, I just left. It should have been $4.69 + tax = $$5.05. At $5.50 for two with tax, $5.93. I don't know if the owner of this franchise has instructed his staff to utilize such strategies and tactics, or if they're doing it on their own. Again, I know it's less than $1, BUT IT'S THE PRINCIPLE!
I drove immediately to the McDonald's down the street off of Rockfield, order at the counter, and he charges me $5.05, exactly what it should have been.

My food place is perfectly fine but my one star is due to the fact that after eating my food I had to use the restroom so I went inside and after using the restroom I realized my phone was dead. I searched the entire facility and did not find one outlet that I could use to charge my phone. They literally do not have any electrical outlets in the eating area of the restaurant or in the bathroom. People have emergencies and they sometimes need to charge their phone and random places. Being a paying customer, I could not believe that an outlet was not available for me to use. When I ask the employee at the front desk about the outlet situation they simply said no because we don't want guests to stay that long and sorry you can't plug it in behind the desk for security reasons. The answer I got was absolutely atrocious and unprofessional. Because of their lack of care or compassion for my situation, I will never return to this...
Read moreMy wife ordered herself and my kids lunch today from this location. Unfortunately they got the order wrong. My wife called in and complained about the situation and was met by an employee who promised her a refund. My wife drove back to the location and spoke to the employee who then told her manager “Anna” about the situation. Anna Immediately responded by saying “where’s the food!?!” My wife was stunned and replied “we only live a mile away from here, and we could go get the food but I don’t think that’s the problem here”. Anna continued to be rude and display poor customer service and after a back and forth toggle of power and what’s fair she decided to refund the full amount. My wife is on her way now to the McDonald’s around the corner where the service is always been nothing but great.
P.S - When I called the location to ask for the mangers name the employee said “Anna” but when I asked for the last name she froze and asked me to call back later and then hung up! Worst service...
