Park Bistro — Restaurant in Irvine

This is so upsetting, I came downstairs to pick up my order,-preordered on their app. I got avocado toast and a macchiato, when they handed me my food, I kindly asked about my coffee, he proceeded to hand me something that was sitting on the counter that looked half drank. I literally said, what the heck is this??? And he said thats your coffee, I laughed and said but did someone drank out of it?? And he said no, this is just how they come out. I was shocked that they really just sell items like this to paying customers. It’s not about the money! Because had I had an option on the app for a full size coffee, I would’ve picked that. But the app. is so limited. But also, I’ve ordered this before and I cannot remember receiving it like this?? I would’ve said something! The avocado toast was good, but I was so disappointed on the coffee.

Additionally on another day of this same week, I ordered a soup and salad, the soup was good, but when I opened my salad, I couldn’t believe that i had paid for that. I took a picture cause I just couldn’t believe it! But also it was funny. I wasn’t planning on writing this post, but after this morning, I just could not stay quiet!

Overall my experience had been good in the past, until the last few times that I’ve tried ordering on the app. and things are unavailable or I order and when I go downstairs to pick it up, I get shocked!

It’s safe to say that I will probably not be using this place anymore, even though it’s obviously more convenient for me since I work in the building. I literally rooted for them, considering no one from my office orders from them anymore because they claim their food is no good. I really...

So disappointing I pre ordered my lunch 35 minutes before my lunch I still had to wait over 20 minutes for a stale ass sandwhich and still the cashier was so rude and just told me to wait fir my cold ass food paid $18.00...

Always great food...
