In the last week at Madison, MS I have developed food poisoning I believe that it is due to change of management or some change of employees. WHOMEVER tour manager is now is serving undercooked chicken. I ordered from tour so called kiosk with cash. Which is a joke in your CEOS obvious TRY to make a better experience and FAILED, horribly, as my and others experience. I pay cash. And obviously your company does not acknowledge cash thru your malfunctioning kiosk UNTIL a customer has to go up to up to a ONE person counter attendant to explain 30 mins to an hour later and them FIND your order to at least BEGIN the order placed. Your corporate bull is indeed unprofessional and obserd..much less the other hateful people waiting due to the corporate dumbness... so I TRIED once more to give Madison, MS a chance, when a month ago they were absolutely PERFECT. Service was perfect thru drive thru, perfect with the COOKED, not undercooked chicken which gave me food poison not once but twice now in the 2 years I've only chose THIS particular location, bc your other locations have gone down this same exact road of people who do not obviously have their employees best interests at heart to give a damn about quality and corporate treats them like robots as I first hand witnessed when I was NOt in drive thru but went inside two days ago. Your corporate CEOs LACK of food quality, instead of quantity being cooked all the way thru made me MISS work, having food poison when I've NEVER has food poisoning or undercooked chicken in over 3 yrs makes me realize it's your managers, regional managers, general managers, and CEOs fault. And their fault Alone... I literally WATCHED the employees scramble to keep up with the volume of your stupid kiosk and drive thru all at once with ONE person at the front doing BOTH who is 16 years old NOt legally SUPPOSED to be working past 7 pm in Ms state of LAW get berated from a 40 yr old MAN, southern impatient man, and HAVE to TAKE it bc this is probably Her first job in her life. And Now I try you again two days later to have undercooked poison food yet again, giving you the benefit.. you are sooo sooo sooo sooo soo lucky I am not using you for my double I would have made 200+ the next day comapired to the horrible wage tou pay your staff. Your corporate heads need to quit trying to line their own pockets with money and homes and worry about their employees. Why? Because everyone in the lost of low States of the USA of Missippippi in the restaurant industry jokes about how horrible your company has turned out to be after years of semi decent fast food ro throw up nasty over expired food you now serve....
This was FIVE months ago "Hradquarters" and NO response??? Not even a reply??? Hmmmm. I suppose your processed and under cooked meats are okay to sell and your company is wayyyy to above any customer to respond. Btw... I will not waste my time to just come back and complain because we're there like 11:30 p.m. and l said to myself l will say my concern when l will be back. Today like around 6:46 p.m. l and my son looking for something to eat like druve thru . We went to IN and out however the line was was very long so we decided to go Taco belle. After we order 2 large nacho fries and 2 chicken quesadilla. I am asking for manager when l came into the window. The one who is the window says that there manager is not around and l the supervisor. So l told him my concern to about the last time l and my son was there that the CQ there's no chicken in it only cheese. Then he start laughing and being sarcastic face and saying we have lots like you who try to scam our store, l can't refund you , you need to talk to talk to my manager. And l said what is your purpose being a supervisor and he always laughing and giving sarcastic face and keep repeating that we lots of situations like this who wants a refund or discount. I said to him l don't need a refund or discount. What l am trying to say yout the supervisor fix your problem because the problem is not in our end it's your end, we are paying exact amount of what we're ordering and you don't give us the right stuff. And He still look very sarcastic and laughing, l tell you as supervisor need to tell your people to do the right thing because l don't need a refund or discount, l always come here to buy and this is the second time what happen l hope this won't happen again. I will talk or call your manager coz talking to you it doesn't make sense you're giving me sarcastic face then l said give my food and l hand my card and he said l don't need your payment and he close the window and left. What kind of supervisor you have in the line and don't know how to apologize and communicates customer. He don't deserve the title and being a front line. Ā Ā Ā Read morewell on march 24 2025 I went to a taco bell in Plymouth wis in order 2 beef tacos and 2 chicken soft tacos and they didn't hear me so they charge me for changing my order from beef tacos to chicken tacos so I went in Plymouth wis taco bell and asked them about it they wanted to argue about it so I just wanted my money back the girl at the drive up said she couldn't get my money back so I left called the main headquarters file a complaint on march 24 2025 l called several times finally I got a call back from the coach or district manager or corporate manager or someone he wanted to argue about it so finally he said I can get back my money back so I ok I text him a little bit later with my receipt and told him I didn't lie he text me back he called me a old man who doesn't understand the situation this was un called for being a employee of taco bell so in a little bit the manager of Plymouth wis taco bell called me and said I could get my money back she told me her hours she would be there the first guy called me on April 18 almost 3 weeks later anyways I went down to the Plymouth wis taco bell and met with Katie the manager of taco bell she had no intention of getting my money back she wanted to argue about everything I showed pictures of the text I showed pictures of the food I received on march 24 2025 she didn't like what I had to say so she told me that I had to leave so I did about half hour later I got a call from Plymouth police station and asked if I went to the taco bell in said yes the manager told him some untrue things he was cool he told me she banned me from Plymouth wis taco bell in told the officer that's fine she was unprofessional and the man from the headquarters or coach was unprofessional calling me old man who doesn't understand the situation this is my character he is attacking it had nothing to do with any thing or the situation I would like to talk to someone at the main headquarters about this...
