We had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. Went with family expecting a nice meal, but it turned out to be chaotic and unpleasant.

The food was below average, and customer service was mediocre at best. However, the worst part was the environment—it felt like a fish market. There were two large groups of people: one with six adults and three kids who were running around the restaurant unchecked, even entering the bar area. Despite the manager shouting at the parents, they didn’t care and were too busy talking amongst themselves.

The other group, about 10 couples, were loudly drinking and behaving like hooligans. It was extremely disruptive, especially since we had two young kids with us. We asked to be moved to a booth when one became available (our food hadn’t arrived yet, only plates and water), but the waiter refused. Out of sympathy for her possibly losing her tip, we stayed at our table, but the chaos only got worse.

We even asked the manager to intervene and stop serving alcohol to the drunk customers, but she refused, likely because she was expecting hefty tips from them. The situation became completely unmanageable, and the restaurant staff did nothing to maintain a family-friendly atmosphere.

This place was a disaster, and we will never go back. If you’re looking for a peaceful or enjoyable dining experience, I strongly suggest avoiding...

My recent visit to Bombay Sizzler was an absolute treat! We went on a Bollywood DJ night, which added a fun, energetic vibe to the whole experience. The place was lively with great music, and the drinks menu was impressive, offering a variety of options to pair with the food.

We went with a couple of friends who live in the Frisco/Plano area, and it was their first time dining here. They were blown away by the food, just like we always are. The sizzlers were, of course, the highlight—served hot and sizzling with rich spices. We also enjoyed the flavorful curries, daal, and rice, which were all cooked to perfection. The naan deserves a special mention—it was so soft and fluffy, some of the best we’ve had.

The restaurant has a great mix of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, and their Indo-Chinese dishes are the best! Our friends, who tried some of the non-veg dishes, were equally impressed with the quality and flavors.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience. The combination of amazing food, vibrant atmosphere, and good company made it a memorable night. Definitely looking forward...

We started with the Samosas and Paneer Tikka, both bursting with flavor and spices that were just right. For the main course, the Veg Biryani and Chef Special Paneer entree were absolutely delicious—tender, well-spiced, and incredibly aromatic. The naan was fresh and fluffy, perfect for soaking up the rich curries.

What truly stood out was the quality of the ingredients and the attention to detail in every dish. Whether you're a fan of spicy food or prefer something milder, there's something for everyone here. The service was top-notch, and the staff was more than happy to provide recommendations based on our preferences.
