Food quality is acceptable. However owner behavior have been rude. After three meetings discussed in details still service have been poor and not well coordinated. Issue of food arriving on time at the venues is most important. On our son reception they were late to put together appetizers and goat curry was delicious but goat pieces were missing. I would get all details signed for the event so that they do not deny what is discussed and expected. Manager Bhargav is over occupied with his working commitment. Suggest and recommend to make sure they deliver as agreed. Your response to our comments is not taken in correct prospective. Here are our family comments to your response. “ Subashji SSA. We wish to apprise you that we never expected your bit of rude behavior and running from the conversation table yesterday. You been loud for no reason. We thank you and appreciate for your food quality. We were bringing the service issues and few other things to your notice which you should have taken in to its right prospective. Nothing personal but due to your non acceptance of several agreed genuine things made us unhappy. We paid what you asked for. Kulfi you gave us as tasting at the shop and not served. Tawa fry was to be served on actual Tawa where by you served in the Chaffers. Goat curry was excellent but there was complaints from guests goat pieces were missing. Mithai thall as agreed was missing wedding day. Service was not given as expected even paying your helpers and waiters recommended by you. You specifically told us that you will handle the waiters. After paying to waiters they didn’t serve champagne and wedding cakes to the guests which was discussed with Noe. We even don’t know if Noe did brought 8 waiters. our feeling, had there been 8 waiters service should not have been that bad. I have been to this place a few times and the customer service was great and the food is delicious. I always paid a set price for my Chana masala and I always drove an hour to get to this location to purchase their food because it was so good. However, my experience today wasn’t so good. I went in there to get two Chana masala with onions, cilantro, and a side of spicy sauce and I was originally charged $27 and some change. They asked me if I wanted rice and they stated that the rice was not included in the meal, so I said don’t worry about it. So I basically paid almost $15 just for the Chana masala by itself and that wasn’t the normal price that I always pay. I mention it to her that last time I paid a specific amount $8 per dish, she said well the owner said it cost this other amount. I said so y’all change the prices by the day? She stated that the price is according to the weight and I never paid for the Chana masala that way integrity is really important to me. I will not be coming back to this location because I feel they tried to get over on me. One of the workers gave me five dollars back but had not said anything. They would’ve taken almost $30 for two small containers of Chana masala no rice no sides. I drive an hour just to get here to eat food and I’m very surprised that they tried to get over on me. I went to buy sweets from here on nov 08 2023, I asked if i can taste the new flavors they had in the store. The sales person and the owner made fun of me when i was tasting the sweet.

These people are extremely unprofessional. I spoke english in there and the sales girl and the lady sales women thought i do not understand hindi, but understood both hindi and punjabi they spoke. They charged me $14 pound and when i called later and asked how much the sweets per pound was, the person on the phone told me it was 10 dollar a pound for gulab jamun. I had got 4 pieces of gulab jamun and a mix of chum chum as well. One guy came from inside and saw that i was overcharged but looks like the lady owner told the sale girl to charge me $14 a pound and I understood right in there that it was not fair and waited for this whole ordeal to finish with.

I did not expect this behavior from the owner. It really was the worst experience, I would not recommend this shop to any decent shopper who wants to taste and buy what they like.
