Worst jewelry store ever. Advertise one necklace and when you pay you receive a much smaller one that’s half the size. Rude customer service and staff is willing to ruin a child’s Christmas over a couple hundred bucks bc they got caught scamming people. Don’t waste your time buying from these people, I would much rather buy elsewhere and pay a few more bucks than support a business that has no compassion for its customers and refuses to do the right thing and deliver what they advertise. When I paid over $200 for a necklace I expected to get what I paid for and not be sent one that’s half the price and to have your company be so bold as to even PLACE THE HALF THE VALUE OF ITS PRICE ON THE PAPERWORK! I purchased a 6mm miami cuban from globalwatches10 after i had spent some time doing research online and I'm glad I went with them The miami cuban arrived quickly and In great condition but for some reason I just wasn't feeling like it was the right peice for me I messaged the chat on the website along with an email during the weekend and received an answer back the following day The person I spoke with(nick)Was very accommodating I told him that I wanted to exchange the chain for another that was slightly higher in price and he set everything up including emailing me a return lable for the original Chain. Was researching a chain for my son’s 30th birthday but felt uncomfortable making such a large purchase online since most of them had terrible return policies.
