This has got to be the worst wait staff/Management I've ever seen!!! I live by this Chilis and I have been here about 4 times and each time the service is horrible!! Never again will I come eat here. First off our waitress told us the wrong prices for the margaritas stating they were 4.99 and when we got the check they were 9.99. Second I ordered queso and waited 35 min before I had to get up and fine another waiter and ask them where our queso was and that we still needed to order our food. It doesn't stop there, after being there now for an hour our food finally arrived and we asked for a couple of extra sides, we never received it. My 4 year old daughter needed more milk, I needed more DP, never did they refill it until I had to get back up and find the waitress again. The manger named Katrina came to our table and said she would take care of us and never did. Typically Managers would apologize for such poor service but she never did and since we complained about the service she told use not to talk about her staff like that and threatened to kick us out. I could not believe this place and the management running it! I've worked in the restaurant industry for many years and never have I seen anything like this. I never write reviews but this place was so horrible I felt like I needed to. Someone in the Chilis Corporate world needs to take a close look...
Read moreOMG if I could give zero Stars I would! However I guess the one star can be for the waiter that took my order over the phone he was very courteous and accurate. After that everything went downhill. First of all they told me my to-go order would be ready in 15 minutes. I had to wait another 10 when I arrived. As I waited I observed one of the waiters touching various food items for to-go orders with his bare hands i.e. hamburger buns, french fries that fell off of the container and placing back in the container. I was very grossed out by this and decided that I would bring it to management's attention only to be told nonchalantly that the city of Irving doesn't require them to wear gloves and they are trying to enforce Chili's more strict practices for a healthy environment and this was after I mentioned about recent concerns with Flu and other airborne illnesses that have ran rapid causing dangerous effects. I ended with getting a refund at my request with no offer of accommodation from management whatsoever after now being late from lunch and still terribly hungry. She did state she spoke to the guy who was totally inspecting the food with his hands. I have eyes that I can understand not having to wear gloves however if you are touching on the register and then going to handle people's food I believe that is totally disgusting....
Read moreFrom the moment we stepped in I felt unwelcome. We werent greeted for 3 minutes, before we had started to wave and look directly at a server and a manager. There was only 3 tables in tge restaurant, so it wasnt busy enough. When we were being seated, many servers were peaking put the server station which felt weird. Then it took 5 minutes to be greeted. When the server finally arrived, she wouldn't make eye contact and had a very "I dont wanna be here" type of attitude. We had also wanted the white skillet queso to start with, we mentioned it to the server, she said so u what the salsa and queso? I said no, just the queso please. She didnt respond, tapped a couple buttons and walked away. Anotger lady brought us the drinks and a manger and her later on brought our food, without the queso. We asked aboit it and the manager spoke over the radio to our server about it. The manager walked away and the server very rudely walked out, with an attitude and a condescending tone that we were wrong. We still ended up getting the queso at some point.
Side note, Management please check into how your servers are greeting and conversing with tables, because everytime I've been into this location it has been a...
