Dhido nepali restaurant & 1 Stop Meat Shop — Restaurant in Irving

I am so sorry to write this. The reason I am saying sorry is I didnt wanted to write the review but the thing I experienced happen 3 times with me. I started ordering with them 3 weeks ago when I found out they open 24/7. I always order the same thing mutton fried rice with extra mutton with no veggies. 1st time they put veggies & Even though I asked them can you make sure there is no veggies one of the cashier said yeah i checked it but guess what, when I got home and was ready to eat there was all veggies possible they can put. And second time same order that time I asked them to check it, there was veggies and I had to wait for 10 min. And today I orderd when I was on forthworth and I specifically told them not to put veggies I repeated 3 times no veggies at all. Guess what after driving 30 min to get there, I asked them to make sure there is no veggies and again friedrice with veggies. I mean if its once thats okay but when your customer is telling you 2-3 times no veggies then again it happens, what should we expect from them. Worst customer service ever cause they were saying its gonna be ready on 5 mins. I didn’t ordered chinese fried rice to be ready in 5 min. I dont know what to call it. But please its my humble request when people come to your resturant at 4 am in the morning and asked you a single thing “no veggies” please provide...

I have been a regular at Dhido Nepali Restaurant & 1 Stop Meat Shop, visiting eight times for their mutton and chicken thali. Until now, the experience was decent, but my recent visit was disappointing.

1.Rushed Service – We ordered both dine-in and takeaway. While one of us was still halfway through dinner, the server brought the takeaway box and the bill for payment without us asking. It felt like we were being hurried out, which was quite unwelcoming.

2.Quality of Food – The rice didn’t taste fresh and seemed like it had been sitting for hours before being microwaved. When we dine out, we expect freshly cooked food, not reheated leftovers.

3.Slow Response Time – We were initially okay with waiting, but when we requested additional rice and curries, it took more than 10 minutes to arrive. Meanwhile, we noticed the staff attending to other tables while ignoring our request. If service is this slow, adding more staff would be a good idea.

Overall, I felt zero value for the money this time. I hope they improve their service and food quality because I used to enjoy...

Pressure Cooker momo was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!! 🤌

The server was attentive and helpful in explaining us the different kinds of pressure cooker momos.

We ordered a pressure cooker momo with goat leg soup, a pressure cooker momo with local chicken soup and a pressure cooker momo with 2X spicy goat leg soup.

The momos came in a huge plate-bowl.

The soups were amazing and also come with 2 pieces of goat or chicken.

Goat leg soup was amazing!! Local chicken soup was delicious!! 🤌

2X spicy goat leg soup on the other hand was just okay. Mostly has the timur-chhop flavor which completely overshadows the amazing goat leg soup flavor. But it’s still a good option for spice lovers.

The portion was so huge. One plate pressure cooker momo and you’re done for the day. Your stomach is full, and you are a happy man.

I also ordered a to-go order of the same thing a few days later, but the portion of the soup on the togo order was 1/4th of the soup on the dine-in order 😤....
