I went in with high hopes because most of the reviews said positive things about their momos. The moment I walked in, my face and nose was hit with this foul smelling odor from this restaurant. We ordered chicken momo. Let me just say it was the worst momos I have tried. I think they served me past two days momos. It stunk like hell. The momos tasted like rotten old chicken. I don’t know how they are in business. How come no one is reporting them to the health department??? This is seriously unacceptable to the general public. It’s a shame and disgrace to your culture and food! People can actually get food poisoning. Unhygienic, dirty, and smells like a prostitute’s den! Don’t even try their sauces that comes with their momos. You will get sick!!!! Worst food I have tried in my whole time in the USA!

Btw, from the pics it looks like it’s good, but once you bite, you will be 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮!!!!!

This business needs to be reported to...

Not sure why the taqueria menu is still up since they don't seem to actually make any of it (at least not on the Sunday I was there). Refer to the menu of the loose sheet of paper on the counter instead for the Nepali offerings.

They were out of khasi (goat) momos unfortunately, so I ordered chicken kothay momos instead. They were very flavorful and some of the best I've had, I think seasoned with fenugreek leaves perhaps. Also got the sel roti (rice flour donut) with tarkrai, which turned out to be kidney bean soup (rajma) rather than vegetables I was expecting. The sel roti itself seemed to have been fried a while ago and reheated. Unfortunate, but still edible. I also spied a Mason jar of pickled daikon which they happily sold to me for $6.

Glad to see a bit of our food culture get represented out of a Texas gas station. Seems like a...

Whenever we craved nepali street food this was my go to. I have ate so many time from here but recently I had an horrible experience with their food. I bought 2 veg momos, 1 buff momo and chicken biryani on thursday. My friend had a horrible food poisoning from either buff momo or chicken birayani. I didnot intend to write negative review since its owned by our fellow nepali; hence I sent them a message explaining what happened; they just read my message and flat out ignored. Hence we have made a decision never to return to this service. I will miss what I use to love and enjoy but I am scared to try...

It’s not just about the food—it’s also about the customer service. If you have an entire day to spare, then dining in might be an option, because they make you wait forever. I ordered a few dishes, and it took a really long time for them to serve. If you’re thinking about dining in, expect to wait at least 20-30 minutes longer than you’d think. I’d recommend ordering to-go an earlier and then eating it there. Also, the flavor just isn’t the same anymore—I really miss the Momo Express from a few years ago.

Pulled up this place on maps. I went there after seeing lots of positive reviews. I ordered Mutton Mo:Mo. It came after 15-20 minutes wait. When the mo:mo was ready , I was notified. It came with Mo:mo Achar and Chilli Achar. It was really delicious. I loved it. It gave me the vibe of eating back in streets of New Road. The price was reasonable. Will definately go next time. I am give 4 star just because the dine in table wasn’t clean. And they didn’t care to clean it.
