If I could give less than 1 star I would. This has had to be the worse service I have ever had with domino's. I placed my order on the mobile app at 9:24pm today 8/17/21 for delivery. The app said Edward was quality checking it at 9:33pm (by the way the store location is less than 10 minutes away). 1 hour had passed so I called the store and waited for 9 minutes until someone picked up the phone and hung up on me. I immediately contacted customer support to see why my order was taking long. Which also sucks because they weren't able to help me either. By the time 1 hour and 40mins had passed I was already upset and needed to cancel and get my full refund. The app nor the website gives any options to cancel or refund unless you contact the store. So I called the store again and someone finally answered, as I told them my situation he said I'm sorry but I am on my way to deliver your order. Giving him the benefit of the doubt that my food would be good because it took so long, my food arrived at 11:32pm. That's 2 hours I waited for a location to bring me my food that was only 8mins away and on top of that my pizza was very cold and my wings were cold and not cooked at all (tasted very slimy).The only thing that tasted good was the cold beverage that was ordered. I was quoted a reasonable 18-29 minute wait, and around the 30 minute mark my order was marked as delivered, but there was no pizza on my porch. I called the store and got a very rude employee who stated that they just left their store with my pizza and it would be at my house soon. I waited for quite a while wondering how long does it take to drive down the street. The tracker wasnāt showing the drivers location, so I wasnāt sure how close they were. So after waiting for a long while I called back up at the store and was informed by the rude employee that their manager cancelled my order. They wouldnāt tell me why, so I asked to speak with the manager. The manager who although wasnāt outright rude like his employee, they werenāt the slightest bit friendly or apologetic. They also wouldnāt give me a reason as to why they suddenly cancelled my order. They did offer to remake the pizza and deliver it to us, which is fine despite everything that had happened. So I waited a bit more until finally I got my pizza. Almost two hours from when I initially placed my order is a bit ridiculous. About 35 minutes into the "quality check", WE had to call the store and ask for a status update, assuming the website just wasnt refreshing. They told us our order was delivered to someone else by mistake and that a new order was being prepared. Of course we understand if mistakes happen, but why did I have to reach out to the store for an update. We continued to wait for 30 more minutes and called the store again. When they finally answered, and we asked about the order, they seemed not to care AT ALL! There were no apologies, just told "It would get there when it gets there." In complete shock, we waited for the "new" order to arrive, only to receive cold items. When we asked the delivery driver (Hossein) why the food was cold, he proceeded to get in our face, almost in our home, YELL at us, screaming that he starts work at 5am every day and that he's the only delivery driver!! To deescalate the situation we suggested he ask for a rise, and to have a good night. The order was complete garbage and we will not be ordering from this...
