We order from this location at least once a week for at least 8 years honestly. A few orders have been incorrect but previous managers have done everything they can to gain our business back. But the last 3 orders have been way wrong, the last one was completely wrong. Salad had no dressing and bacon as ordered and paid for, all the sandwiches were cold and not toasted well. Missing chips, drinks and dream bars. Also order was placed though potbelly.com, cancelled, because they didn’t have any drivers, then they reordered through DoorDash, which was confusing for us. No compensation offered except refund for items they forgot. We understand mistakes happen, but this is a trend and we most likely think twice from ordering from this...

Wasn't until I dinged bell that guy came from back to take and prepare my order. He apologized and proceeded to ask what I wanted, add-ons, etc. Lady finished mopping and came to cash register to check me out after asking if I had everything. Asked about the soups, she told me the kinds available and proceeded to grab the steaming container which was empty to fill with broccoli cheddar soup. Read moreSandwiches taste just okay. Subways tastes better and has more toppings to be honest. The main entrances are not obvious to the first time, non-local customer like me. It would be great to put some welcome/obvious signs on the entrances. The menu is posted beside the order line, customers have to look to the left and turn back to right to talk to the staff while ordering items. It would be more practical to post another menu behind the staff so that customer can look at it while communicating and facing to the staff.
