The worst experience I ever had in a restaurent. I had heard so many good reviews about this restaurent so wanted to try it out. I have lived my 24 years in Mumbai, India and the pan asian food there is the world's best you can have. Being my favorite cuisine I was excited to try it out, little did I know that not only the food but the staff as well as the manager behaved so badly, even rude would be a small word.
I went there at 9.25 PM with 4 other friends. We started with Manchow soup, Lat Mai Paneer and Veg manchurian. The soup was not at all hot seemed like prepared long before and was given by heating it up. Lacked spices and taste. Then with the Paneer appetizer, the paneer so no where close to fresh and the veg manchurian had no salt. We called the waiter, Carlos and told him manchurian is saltless, he came he angrily took the plate dropping the serving spoon and told he ll not charge. Ok we were like fine might be tired with all days work.
Then came our main course, we had ordered Chicken Hakka Noodles and Chili Garlic Noodles along with Thai Yellow Chicken Curry. We had specifically asked for spicy and it was as good as bland. No spices at all. We were like lets pay and leave.
Then came the waiter, he brought our bill and applied 20% gratuity by himself, upon asking he said that it is the rule for 5 and more people anywhere you go in the US. But we were completely not informed about it, not it was on the digital menu we were told to use and order. Carlos then brings a paper menu and shows us the rule, but he never mentioned when we came and sat. This is as good as cheating. When you dont tell and inform, you have to own not come and tell that it is our rule.
In between we told them to add the spices in our food he blatantly denied saying kitchen is closed. Well this was the first instance in my life I saw a customer being mistreated and it happened to be me.
After all this you tell yourself that this was all a bad day but you will be surprised how their manager/owner behaved and handled the situation. The waiter called the manager and asked him to speak with us on call. One of my friend spoke with him and the way he behaved is beyond forgiveable. He told him if you dont have the money why you guys come to eat food. And told him you can get out and I have your video Ill see you later. Like really this is how you treat a customer.
Utterly Disgraceful....

Inchin’s has always been the place to order food from for any and every special day! 2 days ago was no different, to celebrate we ordered a to-go of our favorite dishes. While serving food I realized it was Chicken Manchurian instead of Gobhi Manchurian. Ours is a vegetarian household. We were aghast with this goof up. Mistakes do happen so we called them up. On hearing our issue the manager was promptly called on the phone. His first response was since the order was placed over phone, there must have been a miscommunication. I told him the copy of the order attached to the to-go bag says Gobhi Manchurian. On hearing this, left with nothing else to say, he said he will look into it to see how this happened. He asked me if I could come to pick the Gobhi Manchurian. The moment I said yes, he cut the call, Though I was still speaking. Feeling it must be a mistake, i called back several times, but my call was not answered. When it finally was, the moment I spoke, it was disconnected again.
Left with no option, I drove there. On getting there, I was promptly handed the gobhi manchurian, without an iota of regret, and just walked away without saying a word. I told the server I wanted to speak to the manager, And again no word, she walked away. I could see the manager looking at me, but he wouldn’t come to talk to me. On telling their staff several times, but he still couldn’t spare a minute to talk to a customer they had wronged to, a customer whom they made him drive to their restaurant 2 times in a night, a vegetarian customer whom they gave a non vegetarian food.
This was the MOST DISSATISFIED experience I have ever had in a restaurant. Similar incidents of veg food getting switched with non veg food have happened previously in American as well as Indian Restaurants. But the way it was handled at Inchin’s was a one -of-a-kind! I would have never thought for a mistake of theirs, they make the customers feel in the wrong. restaurants are not only about food, but customer service is a VERY BIG PART of the service industry. The faster places like Inchin’s realise this, it would be good for them, else Who hires rude staff...

IBM Specialty Cocktails: See No Evil, rum cocktail with blackberries, it is tasty and my favorite part is the bits of blackberry (think more "separated" than muddled) at the bottom -- so don't let them take your glass just because the liquid is gone.
The service is extremely prompt. I've had to stay vigilant to not lose appetizer plates or drinks when they're close to empty. The bussing is impressive, although it is bordering on aggressive.
Beginnings (appetizers): Chili Mustard Panzer, nice and mild flavor, excellent texture. Shrimp Pepper Salt, nice overall package, very attractive. The shrimp itself is on the drier side and not heavily flavored. Most of the flavoring, including a lot of heat (capsaicin) is in the chopped onion topping with it. Lat Mai Kai, spicy marinated chicken. Good, reminds me of a milder bulgogi. Hotter than expected, almost up there with the shrimp onions.
Entrees: Chicken Manchurian Dry, good flavor, not standout, likely because it didn't seem different enough from the Lat Mai Kai. Vegetable Thai Yellow Curry, great flavor, mild even for a yellow curry, this is my favorite dish not counting cocktails or dessert. Fish Hot Garlic, soft fish that's more seared than fried on the outside although it stays overall soggy-soft in texture. Neither the hot nor the garlic are pronounced, but they gently complement the fish flavor excellently. Very close behind the curry.
Rice & Noodles: Vegetarian Burnt Garlic Fried Rice, okay but not really memorable on its own, although put a little curry over this and it's great! Vegetarian Hakka Noodles, seems like chilled buttered noodles, like what would be from a salad bar. Again, very mild flavor (like the one above). Do not put the curry on here.
Dessert: Darsaan with ice cream, OH MY GOD TRY THIS NOW!!! Tempura flakes meets Cinnamon...
