Alright, for a Chain Sandwich Shop I've dealt with throughout my life that has been a staple in Dallas Area, this location is utterly the worst. Save your time and go up the street 8 mins NW, Ordered a Chipotle Chicken hot Sub, waited 20- 25 minutes and left with it cold somehow. Staff here is terrible, don't know if the manager was there but recommend training or a stronger lead to promote sense of urgency so guests picking up their sandwiches aren't peeved like me. I wanted to give it another shot, last time I was here 3 weeks ago a young male was ringing me up and used my Shore Points that I said to not redeem, kid used them after saying he didn't, and I responded with why did you use my points? His response, "You had a lot of points, Sorry". Employees also need a health training to pass their Inspection ethically. You should not use gloves to dispose of excess food then proceed to wrap a sandwich for packing. Also, understanding the holidays are coming quick, More stock of supplies would be recommended so others ahead and behind me don't have to be disappointed at the ingredients being poorly flipped and lack of bread. Maybe wrong place wrong time, but it was an experience worth...

Really took a long time to get my two mini sandwiches. The Jersey Mike's sign was not lit up and it was already 7:10 p.m. I believe the timer needs to be reset on your restaurant light that lights up Jersey Mike's so that people can find it. The reason why I put atmosphere wasn't so great it's really the design of the restaurant and the way the line is you kind of have to squeeze past everybody to get to the back of the line and then if the lines really long you have to wait till the line goes down in order to squeeze through to get to the end of it or the beginning of it. I really like Jersey Mike's and I hope that this place stays in business because it is my go-to...
Read moreThis isn’t necessarily about the food because the sandwich is a sandwich. The sandwich was just "ok." I’ve never been to a Jersey Mike’s. I will probably never go back to Jersey Mike’s. The customer service at this particular location on this day was not good. The worker who took my order was not very friendly, the person who made the sandwich was not helpful or friendly at all. The sandwich itself was just mid. I did say I’ve never visited Jersey Mike’s before, but nobody offered anything or told me about options. I know it’s not brain surgery right but, at the end of the day, your customer service speaks to your brand. I got the rosemary bread and it was dry. I didn’t even know if you could have it toasted I didn’t wanna ask. I would suggest getting your people together and helping them understand the importance of customer service. That’s all I got. I didn’t even finish it because it just...
