Starbucks — Restaurant in Irving

Today I went in to get coffee like I usually do, but today I tried a different one. My drink was overfilled so the barista put it in a double cup and as soon as I pick it up the coffee starts leaking out the side. Mind you I work at the pharmacy in the building over so I have to walk back with it. I told the barista that it was leaking and set it back on the counter. She says "I put it in a double cup". I then replied "yeah, it's still leaking". So, she has an attitude since she has to put it in another cup. I recently visited the Starbucks location and had a very disappointing experience. How can you be a coffee shop with no coffee? The location was scheduled to close at 7 PM. I walked into the Starbucks at 6:30 PM, and they stated that they had no coffee available for sale. I just wanted a simple black coffee.
