Milkshakes & More — Restaurant in Irving

This was my first time here and I just went here on a whim after an appointment. I got the s’mores campfire milkshake and holy moly….. It is one of the best milkshakes I’ve ever had! The flavors are phenomenal. I can literally taste the marshmallow the chocolate and the graham cracker at the same time. It’s not overly sweet either which I really appreciate! I love even more that the gentleman at the front counter was telling me that I can also get espresso shots in my milkshakes and also protein powder, which is great because I do like to have a little bit of caffeine and get my protein in for the day so being able to do that with a nice dessert is a bonus! I will also say the older gentleman at the front counter that helped me was so friendly. Phenomenal customer service at this place. He was very funny and kind, and also educated me on the business, the product, and the teas. I’m also an avid tea drinker and it was very great to hear that this man knows about his tea! If you’ve never had a Boba tea or any other kind of tea and you’re not sure what to try and what flavor you wanna go for, go here. They know their stuff and they have great quality product. After dinner, my two daughters and I were craving something sweet and stumbled upon Milkshakes and More — and what a find! From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by a very kind gentleman who went above and beyond to make our visit special. He encouraged us to try as many ice cream samples as we wanted, and his passion for the shop and its offerings was so genuine.

He shared that Milkshakes and More is a new business and that Google has been a huge help in getting the word out — and I’m so glad we found them! He even shared some of his favorite flavor combinations, and you could truly feel his love for the ice cream, which is sourced locally from Henry’s.

Our treats were absolutely phenomenal — rich, creamy, and full of flavor. One of my daughters tried the boba tea and instantly declared it her new favorite. Originally I came here to try a milkshake (because of the name) and was surprised to find out what the “more” in their business name actually meant. I ended up getting a scoop of Wedding Cake ice cream (which had a creamy amaretto flavor) and a scoop of Toffee (coffee lovers delight) with Espresso poured on top! It’s called an “Affogato” and was absolutely delicious. Their ice cream is handmade from Plano, TX and tastes super creamy.
