Good afternoon to all and I'm hope everyone is having a blessed afternoon. Like I always do I have to thank God for the day that he blessed me on this Earth on this wonderful Wednesday and bless me with my health and strength. I remember the first time that I went to Taco Bueno back in the days I was in North Dallas that I can remember I fell in love with their nachos that they served. At that time since it was my first time ever eaten there we decided to eat in and they experience there was quite well I say. The food was fantastic because it's my first time and I've been going ever since but at different locations. But let's talk about this taco breno I just want to know a couple of times 1 time inside in three times in the Drive-Thru so I'm pretty new customer from the area. I was in the Drive-Thru that I can remember all the food that I replace the person did take my order was very polite and greeted me with the highest smile that would knock you off your feet. What I mean by that is she had a beautiful smile so bright how can you not say thank you very much to her I love it when someone is very polite and also the expression of their face tells it all. I am a firm customer please don't get me mistaken I'm just real to the deal. I just travel places to places and I also enjoy life to the fullest. I like my beans to be the temperature the freshness add a little onion on it cut out the cheese cuz I'm a little lactose intolerance and it is set the mole real I'll say I standing at that day. Also got some tacos extra lettuce throughout the cheese I guess I'm a little picky in time don't get me wrong certain things I can tolerate but I do enjoy the services and also the food as well. I would like to always tell the hard-working people thank you so much for satisfying me and others I'm just going to be real some people can cook and some people don't need to be in the kitchen that's all. My grandfather and grandmother raised me and left me with her cooking skills so I'll still have it going on all she did is pass it down to me I'm one of the best cooking our family but I'll try to do the best I can do for the ones they want me to cook their meals because I love to cook I put a lot of love into my cooking because my grandmother was special to me so I still got it going on in that department. Thank you so much for your services and also for the outstanding work that you do may God continue on blessing you and also be safe in the holiday seasons...
Read moreNormally I'm pretty happy with the service and food here, but my recent visit was less than stellar. During the peak of lunch rush, with about 6-7 people in line, they had one person working TWO registers. Im surprised that she was able to keep her composure as much as she did. Making matters worse was the fact that several well-dressed people walked out from the back area, made contact with others in the back of the line, and proceeded to laugh, catch up, and chat, with no one even concerned about the line or the situation at the register. I know that I don't know all of the context, but the cashier's face at them certainly backs my theory that they were some type of management team. And, as expected, my order was taken incorrectly while the cashier was jumping between registers. The only saving grace was that food I received...
Read moreFood quality was good once it was made properly. Tired of making multiple trips to the counter for a very simple order.
Update. Made several trips here since taking a job in the area and though it seems to usually be populated with taco bueno management of some kind, it's surprisingly dirty. The last two visits every booth was dirty in the slowest part of the afternoon. Then there's the owner or manager, using the dining room as an office with his laptop, constantly talking business on the phone.
7/19 update. Really not trying to pick on this one location but i do have a customer service pet peeve. Don't walk up to the register and just stare at me, waiting for me to order. It's rude. How about a simple "how can...
