BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.. Especially for a regular customer like myself. I order frequently and 3 times in the past week. The last order I placed was for the same sandwich I always order with sundried tomatoes because I CANNOT EAT RAW TOMATOES. The sandwich was delivered with raw tomatoes surprisingly. The store closes at 10p and my food was delivered around 10:15p. I called anyway in case someone would answer and they didn't. I took pictures of the sandwich and gave it away. The next day I called to speak to manager and was told because I didn't keep the sandwich for a SWAP OUT there isn't anything they could do for me THE PICTURES were not enough. They agreed and saw my complaint was legit but said I could not get a credit, replacement,and there was NOTHING they could do for me. I said I order take out A LOT and never had a restaurant say they want the food back. UNBELIEVABLE! This place needs to know that CUSTOMER SERVICE is one key factor to keeping your business successful and running. Completely DISAPPOINTED and if I was the owner it would be UNACCEPTABLE to treat a regular customer this way. I wasn't even offered a free garlic knot for my bad experience and inconvenience!! The CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE !! Furthermore they nickel and dime their customers by charging 4% fee if you use a debit or credit card. That's bad business but if a business does decide to do that it SHOULD NOT BE MORE THAN THE ACTUAL FEE THEY ARE CHARGED. I read it's ILLEGAL to charge more than the actual processing fee. SMH Also the same person handling the money SHOULD NOT be handling the food PERIOD!

   Read moreI placed an order at 7:42 p.m. and I was starving. I ordered two wraps and some fries but was still surprised when I received a text at 8:04 p.m. saying mg order was on the way. When I called the restaurant at 8:48 to check on the status of my order, the girl who answers the phone placed me on hold and a guy on the background asked what the issue was. After waiting a bit longer, the guy gets on the phone and now asks me what the issue was. I was placed on hold AGAIN. He calls the driver and the driver said âhe was on the way and caught a flatâ. I asked the guy if he would be issuing a refund and he seemed to have been a little upset and offered to make another order and send it out. So I would have to wait, AGAIN. I then asked if I could be compensated for the time I had already lost, the money I had already spent and the time I was about to lose again. The guy seemed a little upset and goes into âyou gotta understand my sideâ and as a human, I do. The driver should have called me as a courtesy. As a customer I should have never been kept in the dark. Iâm only leaving a review because the guy on the phone, in a customer service position never apologizes. He was extremely defensive and ended up being rude. As for me, I was understanding once I was informed that the driver had a flat tire. I just felt like I should have received a simple call and that I was handled very poorly. They almost pulled me into pulling up but I figured stopping a customer or two...
   Read moreOrdered an XL Pepperoni pizza, mozzarella sticks, a pepperoni and cheese calzone, and a MTN Dew with silverware. THE FOOD TOOK ALMOST 2HRS TO ARRIVE AND WE WERE 15 MIN AWAY FROM IT!! We had to call and ask them where are driver was cause we couldn't track them. I ordered food at 5:40 pm and it finally came ICE COLD at 7:20 pm with no plates and silverware. I paid $60 online to have horrible service and wait a ridiculous amount of time! The food got 3 stars cause the pizza and calzone were good when heated up but the mozzarella sticks weren't good at all. I would like to recommend anyone thinking of ordering not to! We traveled 5hrs to have a good meal only to be hungry most of the night and having to wait and wait for our food to arrive almost 2 hrs later. Also when the driver was asked by them how far away he was he informed them that he was 6 minutes away yet it still took him an additional 15 min to get to us. When we visit again this will not be an option...
